First time at Sen Spa, such a lovely warm welcome! Great shellac mani and pedi, real attention to detail, also had the eye package, very pleased will definatley be back

I was given a 3hr voucher as a Xmas present and was able to book my preferred appointment time/date easily online. Everything was gorgeous- from the beautiful, ambient spa rooms to the friendly and professional staff. The massage and facial were amazing- skin felt silky smooth after the body scrub with the Vichy shower surprisingly relaxing. I will definitely be coming here again, this place is a hidden Gem!

New owners of Sen Spa really care about the experience of their customers. My pedicure was spot on, the private room, herbal tea and comfy chair gave me a chance to zone out and the rose petal footbath was delightful.

This place is the best. The new owner makes everyone so happy. It is very professional and amazingly perfect. Warmly recommended to everyone out there. I will never go anywhere else!

My experience was pretty mediocre. I had a spa pedicure for $59 and received what I would consider more of a $29 pedicure. Very limited polish colours to choose from and paint job was pretty bad. The chair was just a regular chair in the corner of a room with a stainless steel mixing bowl to put my feet in. Other pedicure elements were good. But overall didn’t meet my expectations.

I'm the type of person that never goes to the same place twice. I live in Lane Cove and am visiting family in Dee Why so thought I'd give Sen Spa a go. Best idea I've had. I only got an eyebrow wax but she was super nice and spent a lot of time on my brows to get them right - some places just do a quick wax and send you on your way. I wanted to get something else just so I could again longer. Relaxing way to start my day. Thank you Sen Spa! I will be back!

Sen Spa is a real hidden gem. It's a relaxing and clean salon with a calm ambience. The staff are lovely and the new owners really make an effort to look after their customers. Highly recommended.

My husband bought for me a Spa package at Sen Spa 2 years ago, i have to say it was the best experience and i have been coming back every 6 weeks for my beauty routine, Yesterday i just had my Vichy shower and Massage, the best that you can do for your body, highly recommended this hidden treasure.

Wonderful microdermabrasion facial, amazing wax in a lovely, warm and professional environment. Hidden gem!

Had eye lash extensions done. Lucy was AMAZING! I’m so happy with the results, the service was outstanding. Will certainly be returning.

Had Eyelash Extensions done, found the lady very rude, and heavy handed, whilst lying in agony from the sting of the glue, in one eye, she blamed me, for opening my eyes, which I didn't. Jumped up at least 5 times, without excusing herself, to answer phone, huffing and puffung, I was not comfortable at all, in the hands of this Beauty Therapist. Extensions where ordinary, and I just hope there's no damage done to my eyes. Time will tell. Will NOT go back.

Oh my goodness the massages here are so very good. I came out feeling amazing.

I am not sure the quality of the skin creams they use are as good as they used to be but my skin still felt very soft the next day.

The prices are reasonable and comparable to anywhere else. The staff are lovely

I've experienced one of the most relaxing hot stone massage here compared to other places (I used to travel a lot). Smooth atmosphere and Good Energy. Combination of warmness and hand movements were executed with high level skills. I did enjoy every second. Thanks a lot and the next time I will have the chance to get back to Dee Why, I will get back for another treatment.

I always get my eyelash tint and perm done here as I find the results excellent. I find it a relaxing space with warm and friendly staff.

WORST. My eyelashes all fell out after my last lift and they are still brittle 2 months later.my eyes were burning during the procedure so I had to yell out to have the lash lady come back to get the serum off. My eyes were sore, stinging and red the next day, if they can't do something as simple as lift lashes theres no way I'd trust them with doing anything else.

I have found this place to be the best i have ever been to. Beautiful staff and wonderful clean environment. Bernice looked after me and was caring, lovely and very professional. I felt completely comfortable there and didnt want to leave. I found Bernice to be 100% committed to my skin problem genuinely wanting to correct it. I love this place and cant wait to return.
