Excellent service and quick. In the beginning, I couldn't pass the ID check, it may due to I recently Changed address. After I sent the certified JP copy of my Driving Licence, my shares got sold in 5.5 hours later. Fees is reasonable as well. Some other online broker charge $200. Initially I was skeptical of the site. Pleased to say I was WRONG. There were a few technical issues as I Was selling from a Trust. Emails were answered promptly, information required was requested in a precise manner. We even received phone calls from Stephen Day, at Sell My shares, who helped us to provide the information. He was professional and polite. Money came thorough in about 3 days as promised. All GOOD.

Initially the brokerage fee on my post sale invoice was higher (1 pc) than the option I was pretty sure I had selected on-line (o. 2pc). Subsequent advice was that the option I had ticked was not available on line. However, this problem was resolved without hassle and payment was prompt. Website needs attention to avoid this situation arising. In particular, unlike eg. Ebay purchases, there is no information about the brokerage option chosen prior to obtaining the sale advice.invoice via Email.

Form was easy to fill in provided you have all data in front of you. Sales was quick and payment on time. Will use this service again. Thanks for a great service.
