I want to sell my old Lenovo Yoga 300 11-ibr laptop.

Almost impossible to contact them, hours of operation are altered almost daily and have visited the business at a time which it were supposed to be open (according to their website and Google) but to my dismay, it was closed.

Lacking transparency and the ability to run a business. Hopefully this can be rectified.

I was disappointed because of poor communication and very impatient didn’t end buying a laptop because I was blocked on Facebook market for no good reason You don’t do that to your costumers

Went to purchase laptop over two facebook ads to this place. The owner of the shop has poor attitude when requested to view the both laptops they advertised, didnt wanted to show merhe second one and was eager to close the shop with out letting inspect the items we wanted to purchase. Drove for 30mins in rain because wanted to purchase a good product.
Poor customer service. Do not go.

Oh my goodness, let me tell you what a great experience and pleasure it was to meet Matt and sell my laptops and phones here. He's honestly so hospitable and if you're hesitating for any reason like you think there's no value or it's too old, don't! It's much better than it going to landfill or sitting in your garage. He will try to find uses for everything and gives a very fair price. Do make sure you reset your phones/tablets before selling! Overall very happy with my experience here ️

Fantastic experience selling my laptop here! Matt was really quick to reply me with a quote via text, and then turned out to be such an affable and genuine guy in person. The shop is a little tucked away and not that easy to spot, but you'll be glad you made the trip. The price was reasonable and the transaction was easy. Deserve less than 1 star.reason: I saw his (Martin) laptops advertisement on Facebook market place. I asked his address and he takes way too long to send me his address don’t know the reason but keep saying I will send when u come.and when finally i reached there and asked him to show couple if laptops he gets annoyed.and refuse to show.more.what a disgusting customer service. I drive 45 min to check the condition of laptops before buy but he thinks I’m wasting his time.worst experience ever in my life.
