When I ordered the filters they arrived quickly and seemed to be good price. But they do not seem to be the right ones for my machine, as they do not stay in position

Has to be the worlds best coffee in my opinion. I can not go past a coffee shop that sells Segafredo coffee with out going in for one. Seriously if you are looking for a coffee to use, just have one cup, you will not be disappointed.

Segafredo Massimo blend is the best coffee that I have ever tasted. A quality rich creamy blend with subtle hints of caramel, chocolate and purportedly orange. Well done Segafredo this blend makes all other coffee insignificant. I even bought a couple kilos for my wife's birthday and got away with it. "La vita inizia dopo il caffe" Life begins after coffee!

I ordered a variety of capsules for my recently purchased Segafredo machine and am very impressed with the taste and quality. Fast postage and delivery and the price was also good. The Segafredo machine is definitely worth the money.

Had Bought a little Gaggia Besana coffee Machine from Segafredo Zanetti a few years ago. Recently it stopped working and the owners troubleshooting guide didn't help. A quick call with Roberto confirmed it had to be sent back. The quick turnaround time is excellent and I should have it back today. Great customer service and communication on where to the job was unto.freight included tracking.

Had our Italian coffee machine serviced last week. Thanks to the team at Brisbane the service was great and the machine is working perfectly.

I only shop online as I'm not a Sydeny local but my dad's favourite coffee is Segefredo. When we found that they had Nespresso-compatible pods we were hooked. This is now a twice-daily treat and we are even happier now the pod material is aluminium and therefore recyclable.

We did notice on the inside of the packet there were 5 types of pods available but the website only sells 3. Wondering where else we might be able to buy the missing two?

Always very quick between purchase and packing and then delivery and have never had to wait long for available stock.
