2 I was going thru PTSD and needed support. I didnt know what to do as my pyschologist wasnt helping. Helen reached out to me and informed me about TRPT. I was doubtful but I stayed positive and gave it go.

I went to see Helen in the hope Bowen Therapy would help with chronic issues like lower back pain and an overactive bladder. I felt an amazing improvement after only one session! Bowen Therapy has also helped alleviate chronic stress and helped lower my blood pressure. I have more energy and feel a greater sense of wellbeing.
