First time visiting the clinic, I am beyond impressed. As I first arrived I was offered tea or coffee and felt so welcome as soon as I stepped in.
Dr Rob is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The consultation process was honest and he took his time to explain every little detail about the procedure I was asking about. Dr Rob takes a photo during the consultation process and displays it on a large screen and fully analyses your goals and desires with you, very insightful. Awesome Cryo session. The best staff. So friendly, and informative. Definitely need to do cryo for recovery, inflammation or just for feeling good. My frozen shoulder was gone after 3 sessions and inflamed tendon relieved after 2 sessions.

Very happy with my results, Ken is great and provides loads of information (and entertainment). I’ll definitely be back when I need a top up treatment.

My girlfriend got me the Cryo therapy treatment as a present this morning with Ken and wow what an experience way quicker way better than an ice bath. Ken was very helpful, polite, informative and after three minutes I felt like a new human. I’ll definitely be going back.

My experience was great and I got the desired results I was looking for! At this place when they offered a free consultation it was actually free, yes I paid a deposit to secure the spot but I did not have to ask about it again, it was instantly refunded at the consult.
