SealRITE Leaking Shower Repairs Sydney

SealRITE did an excellent job regrouting my 2 bathrooms, good quality, value and very professional. Martin did an amazing job he was professional, on time, tidy and provided excellent advise couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our upstairs shower sprung a substantial leak which prompted us to engage the services of Sealrite. Ryan promptly came out to inspect and quote the job. He was very professional and prewarned me of potential issues behind the walls so there were no surprises when the job starts. The quote was substantially less than I expected so I was very happy to start work.

When Tim and the team did the job, it was done over a few visits as there was drying time for the water damage and also the products used. Their professionalism was outstanding. They laid drop sheets to walk through the house and cleaned up on each occasion before they left.

All trades should model themselves on Sealrite's business ethic. They definitely know the art of pleasing their customers. Fantastic work.

From the initial inspection and quote, Sealrite demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge. They have the skills and capacity to deal with a wide range of works. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the scope of works for my repair nearly doubled. However they still managed to accommodate my timeline.

Many thanks particularly to Sam who did the works. He is friendly, an excellent communicator, hard worker, tidy, skilled and most importantly genuinely wants to to help. He jumped between different jobs to finish mine on time. Their quality assurance process is clearly demonstrated by the record keeping he takes of each stage and by the final inspection by their project managers.

David, who initially did the quote was also in communication with me throughout and was excellent to deal with. I felt assured that my job was in good hands and that they truly value their customers and quality of work.

The whole experience from the first contact to the end was great. The technicians that came out to quote and for the works were friendly, professional, on time and knowledgeable.
It was a great experience and the seals were top quality workmanship and looked even better than before. The technician was respective of the space and also didn't leave any mess. Definitely will recommend to anyone that needs repair services.

I’m so happy with the whole job from start to finish with the waterproofing and re-tiling of my shower.
Jayden was on time incredibly professional kept me updated on the whole process and made sure I felt confident with the job being completed,
Jayden has just finished and left and I just can’t believe he was able to make my shower look like new again and he even cleaned up.

They fixed my old leaking shower and it looks fantastic. Not only did they fix the leak but I didn't realise how much difference new tiles in the shower would make. I wish I had done it sooner. They were professional and went above an beyond to help me. They happily answered my many questions. After seeing the quality of work, we will be asking them back when we are ready to renovate our ensuite bathroom.

Exceptional and professional service from the whole team. This is the third time I have used sealRITE to repair and reseal a number of leaking showers and highly recommend them for getting the job done right and provide a superb finish.

Strata ended up repairing my shower because it was leaking downstairs, Han was very professional and did a very clean job, could not be more impressed as i was expecting it to look worse but ended up looking better than how it was originally.

I rent. I reported a leaking shower which to my realestate agent. They had these guys fix leaking which was in the ensuite and was leaking through the floor into my garage. The leak was regular and I had a bucket in place to catch it every time we showered!

SealRITE sent out Han (yeah pronounced like the star wars character Han Solo) who was super polite, did a perfect job and left zero mess. He came at 7am the first day but on the second day was happy to come later to fit in with my schedule - really nice guy.

I wish this thing had 10 stars.

The quoting team and Renee were great but a few small issues with the repairs. Had our shower waterproofed and re-tiled and walls re-grouted.
Some bits of grout were missed or just cleaned, this became apparent after about 2 months when it discolored. Not too worried as i know its easy to miss bits when you're looking at a wall of white.
One of the hob tiles had a very small chip which had been hidden with a blob of grout, again didn't find this until after a few cleans when it came off.
The floor tiles weren't cut to line up with the wall tile grout lines, again not a major deal but it would have been nice as this is how it was originally and wouldn't have been hard.
I had supplied 2 boxes of tiles which were torn open and then not used leaving me with 2 stacks of tiles and no box to store them in.
Again office staff were great but tradesman could have paid a bit more attention to detail (yes i know i am picky but I'm also a tradie and expect others to work to my standard) and mainly wasn't impressed with the hidden chip.

Han was wonderful, the job he did was great but what was so unexpected was how clean he left the house and bathroom after re-tiling the shower. I would definitely recommend his workmanship and professionalism to anyone.

We used SealRITE for two leaking shower repairs in southern Sydney. We had previously booked a cowboy who was completely useless to deal with and it was impossible to trust him because he wouldn't communicate on even the most minor of issues. We were landlords and did not have access to the property to monitor what was happening which was very disconcerting. We switched to SealRITE as soon as we could and they were so professional from the first moment until the job was done. It was just wonderful. If you are a landlord and need some waterproofing and shower fix done i would recommend SealRITE for piece of mind and a smooth job.

Top Quality work from people who care. You wont find anyone better than these guys. I wouldn't call anyone else personally.
