Adam inspected a property for us at Evans Head in November 2022. Adam was very thorough, and we found his report very well set out and easy to follow. Adam found a couple of 'major' defects and it was good to be aware of them prior to finalising the sale. We live interstate but Adam made sure he was available to talk us through the report and answer our questions after he had emailed it to us.
