The team at Scout followed up with a prompt review of our options and then proceeded to take care of everything to transfer our loan. We were looking to refinance our mortgage and weren't 100% happy with our previous broker so we got in touch with Geoff and everything was great from the start.

A meeting was arranged quickly and Geoff then came back to us with a list of options and his recommendation on what the best option was for us. Importantly, he backed this up with evidence which made our decision easy.

Once all the documents were signed, we then had a meeting with Sally who took us through everything, she was great and was able to answer the questions we had. I'm not a numbers guy and she was able to dumb it down for me so that understood everything!

I think what sets Scout Finance apart from other brokers is their follow up. They aren't a set and forget organisation and we hear from them on a regular basis. A recent example of this was Sally called us and said she had spoken to our lender and had asked for a discount on our rate and they gave us one. This was completely unprompted, we didn't call her and ask her to call our lender, she did this of her own bat and as a result we are now paying less interest. Our old broker never did this and this is just one of the reasons why we cannot recommend Geoff and Sally highly enough.

Friends of ours suggested that we meet with Geoff when we were looking at buying our first home. Geoff was so incredible at helping us through the loan and buying process. Now, Sally is also an incredible help to us, always checking in and calling to see if we need help with anything.
