They are a great family business and genuinely care about their clients and go out of their way to be helpful and get the right product or aide for the best price. They've got everything and if they don't, they source it. Great maintenance and repair service too. Now we've found them, we always go there.

Recently purchased a preloved scooter with my elderly father. The equipment was in excellent condition. Dad was so happy to have his "car" back. Service was excellent and scooter was delivered that afternoon.

Posting on behalf of my elderly Mother, Who came to purchase a charger and left in that much of a mess she was crying from the Ignorant and Rude man that served her. I can't believe they have been in business so long if they treat Customers the way they treated my Mother.

Very happy with the service and help. We had an emergency scooter repair on the way to the airport, they looked after us, let us store our bags and got us on our way.

Bought a pre loved scooter with them for my mum and they were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. The scooter is exactly as described in a very very good condition and they were always responsive with all the questions and made sure we got the scooter as soon as possible as it was close to a public holidays! Good honest service with a smile. Family owned and run. Though the shop is small they have a huge range of mobility scooter's and other mobility aids and have access to hundred's more product's.
