Bought a voucher for my partner for fathers day.it was supposed to be emailed to him on fathers day - never arrived, how awful for the kids when their fathers day present didn't even arrive.tried re-sending it, nothing.cancelled voucher was issued a credit which i used to purchase the same voucher just sent to my email which i then sent to my partner.when we tried to redeem the voucher the scoopon site said it had expired even though we had until feb 2024 to use the voucher.contacted scoopon several times and absolutely no response.thankfully it wasn't an expensive purchase but a very disappointing fathers day this year and doubt i will risk loosing any more money through scoopon

I paid for a Spanish Cooking Class with Lunch and Sangria
One Person, was not able to conect with the phone number (mail Box full), their website was crashed (looked twice) they did not answer my emails until I said I wanted a refund and have not heard back from them. Scoopon is nearly impossible for me to phone as it is a 900 number which my plan does not cover so another dead end. The whole thing seems a scam

Rubbish site. I tried to make a booking for a gin distilliary tour in Sydney tried 3 times each time it cancelled and refunded me before issuing a voucher. Tried speaking to their customer service who were less than helpful. One even suggested I was choosing the wrong date. There is no option to choose a date.
As of today its still being promoted.

Scoopon is connected to luxury escapaes and cudo also fyi

Generally the Scoopon vouchers have worked out well, except for this particular experience with Healthy Life Clinic - the booking process was so difficult, first it was go online to book, then online availability was only for fully paid customers, then a couple of emails back & forth asking for my information, followed by a call from the clinic, another email to confirm the appointment which ended up being cancelled the day before - very disappointing! Maybe Scoopon can perform some sort of screening before taking on such businesses

My experience at Oz pin bowling was one of the worst I had. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. The lady was just so rude I regreted taking my kids to have them witness. As we arrived to the reception it was like we had committed a crime before we could even present the voucher from Scoopon. The first lady I went to begin ignoring me before I could even hand my voucher. The second customer service representative who was the worst of the worst that I was referred to was just not welcoming. She declined everything that had to do with accepting my voucher, I mean she was not even trying to serve me the service. All this while my kids was subjected to her rude and unprofessional behavior. Luckily another co-worker who she had called came and explain the process of the use of the voucher to which she was still not wanting to accept. We ended getting the voucher process and used that night trying to stay in good spirits for my kids to have fun. In the after playing my family return all bowling shoes and left for home, this lady who served us with her unprofessional and rude attitude decided to fellow us and stood to watch my family get the our car like we were criminals till we drove off then she went back inside.

I would never recommend people of colour to take their families at this place. Never never. We went in there peacefully with the intention of having a family time but unfortunately it was clear that the staff member did not want us there for her own personal reasons which I felt was racist period.

It's a no go zone for my family and I strongly advise to not go there if you're someone of colour.

The massage was good but was not the hour I paid for. Staff had no customer service, extremely overpriced

Carlos helped me redeem a deal that I had inadvertently ordered by an email address I never normally use! He was very patient and eventually worked it out and redeemed the purchase for me on the spot and my order will now be with me within 7 days. Great service - thank you Carlos!

I do love the offers I receive & they are really good value for money however recently I have had difficulty with contacting the Scoopon email address regarding a query on my most recent Valentine’s Day gift voucher & time is running out for the date is closing in quickly

Such an easy process from start to end. Totally recommend the Wayside Inn. Great value for money, lots of options, food was amazing and all the staff are friendly. Parking was easy also.

Very happy with this deal from Scoopon. A very appealing and intimate little cafe, with extra outdoor seating on Stirling's picturesque main street. The paella was very good, quality wines and excellent coffee. Very friendly and efficient service. We would certainly recommend Main Street C&K (Cellar and Kitchen).

I have just contacted Scoopon customer service staff online. I needed help to cancel the purchase I accidentally made TWICE instead of once (which i intented to do). I’m taken by surprise of how easy and super fast his actions in helping me cancelling the order and arranging refund back to my account! Only after 3 lines of chats, and it’s all taken care of! This customer service staff name is Carlo G, i sincerely hope that Scoopon Recognises his excellence in delivering his service to scoopon customers (such as myself)!
