Scenic World

The three attractions are very cool and you have an exciting ride with beautiful views, but unfortunately there is always a lot of commentary from the drivers during the ride, which was very unnecessary and unfortunately took the magic away from the Blue Mountains.

Fun for the whole family, the gondolas are all different, unfortunately waiting times were enormous for us (holidays)
It is advisable to get there early, ride the gondolas and then do the walks.

Went with my Mum and Grandparents today and the staff were so helpful and friendly going above and beyond.

Great place to visit. However I feel the entrance is very unfriendly. The staff do their best but how the owners/managers have the entrance is terrible. For overseas tourist I think they would feel very confused and unwelcomed, especially if they did not speak English well. No people to take your booking, it's just your phone or computers at the temporary tent.

I had elderly people and was made to walk down the hill then wait 15 minutes before we were allowed to enter and walk back up the hill, plus no chairs to sit in while we waited. The staff kept apologizing but say it's what they have been told to do.

The activity was fun, the food was surprisingly great. I had the black bun burger. My aunt has the chicken wings and they were very spicy and yummy

Overall a great day. The staff were fantastic.

Managers really need to work on the entrance and making it more people friendly.

I enjoyed my visit to Scenic World especially Skyrail so I purchased tickets for visitors from overseas. Unfortunately THE NEXT DAY I was informed that the Skyrail would be unavailable due to maintenance and they REFUSED to give me a refund.

You should definitely experience it once. The Scenic World is well set up so that all 3 cable cars start in one place. A whole day can be spent here with young and old and there are enough offers (e.g. Small extra hikes) that can be used. The price-performance ratio is great and there is a lot to experience. There is also a lot for children to see and explore here.

The workers here are very helpful and friendly. The place services good food at a reasonable price compared to other places. It's also very clean and I would recommend for families for the holidays or just a fun day put for anyone really.

Scenic World itself is really good.
However, it is so crowded with tourists that you get tired of waiting.
I think weekdays, not holidays or weekends, would be better.
In particular, if you use the trail for a long time, you can feel the primeval forest.

Stunning scenery if you like mountain, forest and bushes. The red railway is the best among the rides.

Have visited here a number of times over the last 30yrs and was looking forward to stopping in with my kids after 10 years away to share my memories of the trip down to valley floor on the scenic railway. Terrible disappointment to see what has become of this place. No longer are you able to purchase tickets only for the scenic railway and instead are forced to pay $200+ for a family of five for the unlimited ride pass. They kept stressing with us that we could do unlimited rides but we didn't have the time, the interest or money and were only interested in the trip on scenic railway. What an absolute con but by the sizes of the crowds doesn't seem like they care as appears they have enough people who are willing to pay for it. After 30 years of many trips in the past with family and guests will be parking this as a memory and will not be returning. Sad but good that there are so many wonderful free walks and lookouts to explore.

Best way to see the Blue Mountains in a day trip! For $60 per adult you can use the railway and two more attractions.

The Blue Mountains’ valley is such a paradise, the waterfalls and the views are beautiful. Full of lorikeets!

It was a fantastic day out and great value for money. If you wish, you can ride as many times as you like. Many great walks with fantastic photo opportunities. Really enjoyed our day. Had a nice lunch in the cafe with one of the best views.

To be honest it worth to go with your family your kids will love it. But unfortunately there were some INDIAN family were in front of us in skyway cabinet. I don’t know why they smell so bad in my experience looks like they never wear deodorant! Why you are going to public place what don’t you use some nice performers for Christ sake? Sorry I mentioned these culture. I don’t meant to be racist or rude. But I’m many places where I see these people they always smell so bad. And always ruins our family adventure. Just like that day we had to leave that cabin ASAP, so hopefully this comment can be helpful. For our Indian friends can use some deodorant when they go to public place

A wonderful day out with all the rides! Scenic Skyway was outstanding with breathtaking view of the beautiful and majestic Blue Mountains! Scenic railway is quite steep but quite fascinating- a pure joy ride indeed. Lastly, scenic ride cableway was magnificent! You can take multiple rides in a day! Definitely I’d recommend for these experiences. Service was excellent by everyone, in particularly at the kiosk/ticker counter service attendant was incredibly approachable and friendly. All these photos were captured from the different rides.

Beautiful place to visit. Within an hours ride from Penrith. Plenty of fun for the whole family. If you live close by worth taking the yearly pass. The rides are great and the rain forest walk is even better. To top it off the rain forest walk has dinosaurs along the way to make it popular among the kids.

Views of the falls and 3 sisters are great.

We've visited here a few times now and despite there being destination chargers for electric cars, they are always iced. I've complained every time and the staff just shrug their shoulders. Maybe it would be nice to put some signs and paint on the floor saying the spots are for electric car charging only. Hopefully, you are reading this and will take some action.

Very well organized, covid safe. Dinosaur Valley, scenic walkway, scemic railway, scenic cableway are amazing. Scenic skyway has brilliant views. Overall it's an amazing experience.

It can get really hot! So take ur water bottles up there. It was such a pleasant trip.esp fun for kids. Can use the dine and discover vouchers as well. Had a lovely day

Went to dinosaur valley. It was okay but thought it was over priced. There weren't that many dinosaurs

Busy but all staff wore mask and were polite and helpful. Couldn't say that of the customers though.
