Do not use this recruitment agency. They market themselves as an agency that provides a boutique service. I called to discuss a role advertised on seek before applying and spoke to Kim McKenzie who wouldn't even give me 10 seconds, let a lone "easing the process for a candidate". Instead she was rude and had a condescending laugh. She is apparently a Team Leader at SB Recruitment.how concerning.

Everybody please stay away from this company. They're pretty rude. When they called me they didn't even read carefully my resume. They saw several things in my resume which matched their job requirements, but during the call suddenly they found 1 point unmatch then they rejected directly and hung up the phone.
Jesus, I WROTE DOWN ALL DETAILS IN MY RESUME, THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO AS A RECRUITER IS TO READ IT. DON'T READ UNTIL CALLING ME OK?

SB Recruitment have been very helpful and supportive with my job search, the consultants I've worked with have provided good advice and been frequently in touch to update me with each step of the application process

This happened a few years back - they posted fake job ads on Seek (I verified with the employer later on) and called me up for interview. The purpose of the interview was just to get my personal info to their database. Such a waste of my time. After the incidence, whenever I saw SB Recruitment ads on Seek, I didn't even bother reading the details. Don't go to SB Recruitment if you want to look for an agency that truly values your time.
