Sassy Treats (and real food)

Found Sassytreats in ordering a birthday cake for one of our pups - it was a super hit and both my Pomsky and cavoodle absolutely loved the meat combo! Then ordered some meals and again very popular - great variety, packed with healthy protein, vegetables and plenty of extras to keep a good diet. I fairly often make meals fresh but this is a great alternative - have recommended to a friend since and proven just as popular for a sometimes fussy eater.

Also a great variety of treats and bones along with the cakes and meals. Also great delivery service with containers left to keep all food frozen. Thoroughly recommended!

Wow, my fussy pets have tired me out with their designer diet requirements!

My dogs love the wide range of treats and food available. The frozen meals are perfect when I haven't had time to prepare their dinners, quick and easy and full of yummy ingredients. They go crazy for the sardine pellets. Highly recommend!

We purchased from Sassy Treats, the roo rippers, dried chicken and sardine pellets. The dogs are over the moon for each of these gems. They hear the rustle of the plastic and they come running. We use the sardine pellets for the treat and train and they are just perfect. We love Sassy treats.

We love Sassy treats have been buying for a couple of years now, treats, Supplements and cakes! All were quality products. The team are helpful with suggestions on what is good for my dogs breed!

Stall holder.disgustingly rude, over opinionated and pig headed.

The treats/food? Well I bought a dehydrator and make it for free.well the cost of the food.

Sardine balls? The price.your kidding! What a laugh! Cheaper online and elsewhere.

Hard pass on this rubbish.

I still wouldn’t recommend you. Especially after your rude conversation at the Easter show stall this year.

Again, your products probably are generic enough that most punters could make it themselves.

I’m mostly just put of by the poor attitude when trying discuss our needs at the time.

But hey, each to their own. I’ll continue to avoid your trashy business. And negatively review it to other pet owners in our travels.

We first purchased a sample pack at the Royal Easter show. Our boy loved them so much we had to order more.
His absolute favourite treats are the dried lamb livers.
Delivery was super fast too.

Training a young puppy and combined with a clicker she was so easy to train. The strong smelling treats meant the dog was focused and excited to get them. Can’t wait to get another pack soon. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great company for supplying organic and natural dog treats made in Australia. Which my dog absolutely loves. Great customer service too, they tell you when the next delivery run is to your area and deliver to you door. They made sure we got our delivery on time.

Products are a big hit with my dogs, and the company are very easy to deal with; easy to order through, easy to navigate website, and they’re very good with their communication re: delivery etc. Highly recommend!

Really happy we found Sassy Treats. We regularly order a combination of treats, chews and food for our Aussie pup and she LOVES everything. Delivery is handy too. Better quality than the stuff at the big pet chains and for the same price, it’s a no brainer for us.

My rating is for great customer service. We ordered Cat Individual Cake for our cats’ first birthday. I have received the photo after it was freshly made and was more than happy with it. It was unfortunate that the courier wasn’t able to deliver on time. We received the cake 3 days after it was sent for delivery so it had moulds in it already. To make up for it, Sassy Treats offered to make a new one for us for pick up or refund. Unfortunately, we couldn’t pick it up hence we opted for a refund. Hope next year, our cats will get to try the awesome treats from Sassy Treats!
