Highly recommend this formal dress boutique for anyone wanting a dress. My daughter fell in love with the first dress she tried on and bought it. Over the two trips I had gone there, staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and very helpful. All dresses are gorgeous and there are so many different styles to choose from.

Bought dress for a wedding which the beads fell off while in the closet leaving terrible glue stains. When approached the store for a return/refund I was told the NEW OWNERS will not offer anything as it was final sale even if the dress was not fit for purpose and faulty. Had to purchase another dress and now stuck with a faulty garment which cost over $500 on sale. Terrible experience.

Came in to buy my formal dress, and left with a beautiful dress within an hour and a half! Great customer service, the lady who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful, as well as experienced. She helped me choose dresses my size and what suited me, helping to zip my dresses for me as well. They also have a trendy but classic looking assortment of dresses, with new styles, and good quality. I am lucky to have come here for my first store, happy with the experience and would come here again! If you need a formal dress this is the place girl:)

The ladies at Sassy are always extremely helpful and accommodating. I visited first to find an engagement dress and they made sure I found the perfect dress for the day! I returned looking for an outfit for another occasion and the ladies went above and beyond and again I ordered a gorgeous dress!

By far the best dress shopping experience. We were looking to buy a mother of the bride dress. We had just left another store furious at how terrible the service was, it was a fantastic contrast to walk into Sassy and actually feel welcomed. The staff are phenomenal, so helpful, kind and patient. They helped us form a vision of what we were looking for, made fantastic recommendations and helped mum feel secure throughout the entire experience. The store had many beautiful dress options to choose from, we ended up buying a dress for another occasion as well. They’ve secured a lifetime customer. Thank you ladies.

First and foremost, the customer service was impeccable. I was greeted and welcomed into the shop, and had my entire sassy experience one to remember with one of lovely ladies who assisted me in finding the perfect dress for my next event.
They have an array of dresses to select from, and the ladies were extremely respectful and allowed me to have an opinion on dresses that didn't/did suit my body type well.
Unfortunately had witness one of the customers being extremely disrespectful to the owner and one of the employees, but they handled it amazingly which made me hold the shop in such high regard.will definitely come back for my next event!

Honestly, if you’re looking for the best customer service and a range of beautiful, unique and affordable dresses for any event look no further! Sassy boutique have it ALL ladies! I highly recommend the lovely ladies at Sassy who have made me and my sisters feel welcomed the moment we stepped in. My older sister found her DREAM wedding dress and my sisters and I found our bridesmaid dresses. With the the help of the ladies within sassy it only took us about an hour to find our dresses We went to visit other stores but we weren’t quite satisfied with the service. The customer service is impeccable and trust me it’s hard to have some decent service nowadays.

Thank you ladies for making it a memorable experience from the beginning. We cannot thank you enough for the patience that ya’ll had when we were indecisive on the dresses. This won’t be the last time we’ll be shopping with you guys! X
