Sarina Russo Job Access

Terrible experience.
Did nothing to assist me in the 2 years I was with them, when i actually needed help from them it felt like everyone I spoke to actively avoided doing any work at all.
They claim to make apprentices lives easier but the do the complete opposite.
Avoid at all cost

Needed help to get Cert 2 security licence, Athena wants to chat on the phone all day, i've a been a year or so with this clowns, they gave me the shitest job, from a year, they gave me only a month job.
Iam going to sign off Monday.
Not recommended to anyone at all.

Really would not recommend. Can’t believe how many times I’ve been hassled and how hard it has been to drop out of this program even though I was never doing it and never wanted to do it in the first place.

My experience at the parramatta office has been great tbh, I’ve never had any issues with the staff. The staff have always acted in a professional manner & have been extremely helpful i must say. But there is 1 worker there stands out from the rest, without sounding Bias, Her name is Athena and she is absolutely fantastic! No joke! She’s been so helpful & understanding of my personal needs, she definitely deserve a shiny star & a pay rise & even a promotion!
Great work Athena I know I’ve been a handful, but thank you so very much for your patience & understanding of my sticky situation, thank you for all the hard work you put in for me:) 10/10

Sarina Russo helped me get training for retail and potential jobs at call centres. I found my first call centre job with this agency and I can happily say they helped me alot with finding work. My consultant was Athina.

Earlier my case manager was Christine and she is a fabulous lady, very helpful and helped me a lot during my unemployment. Currently my case manager is Linda and she is also a fabulous and very helpful lady. They both also helped and told me about Concession Opal card and both helped me set it up. They both are wonderful people.
