Sarina Russo Job Access

Absolutely disgusting staff, my partner had an appointment today which she attended and I attended with her to make her feel a little more calm as she has very bad anxiety and depression. Only for the staff who was talking to her in her meeting to be absolutely rude to my partner, my partner had a part time job as a before and after school care person, she was there for nearly 2 months before she quit because her car broke down to one of the place’s she need to go and she informed work and they ripped her a new one for something that wasn’t her fault and came home crying her eyes out…. Above this when my partner told Sarina Russo that she dosent work there anymore and the staff had the audacity to tell my partner that she shouldn’t of had that job to begin with because she didn’t have one of those medical certificates and then said that she would have needed a different job anyway. My partner also has on her Centrelink that she is temporarily living with me in Blacktown and her residential address is where her parents live which is towards Newcastle…. The staff then said it’s illegal for her to give work to my partner because technically she doesn’t live down here and then 2 seconds later says she will give my partner volunteer work which she “WILL BE FORCED TO DO BY LAW” and was pretty stating that if my partner dosent that she will get a fine for it….: what kind of job agency treats the customers with so much disrespect and discouragement to a point where rather then help people and encourage them to look for work they make you feel utter worthless and feel like you shouldn’t even be alive! I pray that sarina Russo get better staff because this is disgusting man! ’

Not a great deal of parking space however it is Tar topped and suitable for wheelchair, pram, etc. The entrance has ramps and stairs, with both lifts and stairs proving access to all public floors. Flat level floors inside with no step up to enter the individual premises once inside the building.

Great Agency! I got a job through them a month ago. I wish to say a big thank you to my consultant Mary Sultana here. Mary has helped me a lot during my job search. Mary has been so patient helping with my job search with every small details from opening accounts to editing resumes/ cover letters. More importantly, she often spends her own time (outside of her working hours) to help me with proofreading and editing and replying my emails.

Mary is kind, helpful, genuine, generous, enthusiastic about helping people. She has tried referring me to some job opportunities a few times and I really appreciated that. Her help and encouragement really mean a lot to me. I am very grateful for the job opportunities she has given me.

The employment consultant I had the pleasure of dealing with was Jessica Boylett. She was very helpful, happy to help me find a job, excellent communication with myself and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs as her client. Under the jobactive system, job seekers are entitled to negotiate an appropriate job plan. However, Employment Service Providers are known to threaten unemployed workers with penalties if they do not agree to the terms they want. This is illegal.

My partner was not in Sydney for about three months due to a family emergency. We let them know. When she came back she got a job on her own. We let them know about the job. After that they reported to Centrelink that she hasn’t come to appointments my partner works from Monday-Friday so there is no time for appointments atm. She asked my partner if there was any chance she can come in. They are making her come in when she works I can’t believe this is its digusting. Centrelink cut her payment and I have to be on the phone for a long time to get this corrected. I talked to a manager and she wasn’t even helpful no apology was giving for this. Instead she proceed to argue with my partner. She was on speaker as I wanted to hear everything that she was saying. She didn’t offer to fix anything which should have being offered as it was their mistake and not my partners. I suggest you transfer to a different job provider as this is your right.

I am writing to complain about the treatment of clients, it's not okay to belittle or discourage a person who is trying to obtain work and reach their goals. It is not okay to make someone feel dumb and incapable of doing a course that requires reading and writing. It's disgusting and inappropriate. Everybody deserves a chance at achieving their goals and if staff can't respect and encourage people instead of giving people a low self esteem maybe they should rethink their role (s).

Got great advice and help from this place. Andy being the most suppportive in me continuing to seek work. Cheers, you legend.

They did not help me to find the job that I have the Certificate for, they found me a job in cleaning and chicken hanging that I hate these jobs and I have knee injury I can’t lift heavy things so I found job myself in the field of my studies and still they were annoying me to find another job as well, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JOB ACTIVE

My consultant is Mary Sultana and she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that your valued. The extra length she has gone to try and find me employment is second to none and all done in a positive and friendly professional manner. She is to be recognised for her work and the way she conducts her time and effort helping those who others have not in the past. I can honestly say that Mary only has my best intentions in mind and I appreciate everything she does to go that little bit extra in helping me gain employment and there should be alot more people in this world like Mary. Truly dedicated and committed in every way. 10/10

Would recommend these guys to anyone, especially if they got Mary as their consultant. She's been fantastic in helping me to find work. Overall a very positive experience.

When life throws you a massive curve ball it was such a relief to have Sarina Russo be my nominated Centrelink agency.
