Definitely the place to go if you're looking for work, done so much more for me then any other job provider has done for me in the past year.

I have been with Sarina Russo at Penrith office for about 4 years and every time I have needed assistance or help they have been there for me. Nev, Renee and Jess are worth their weight in gold. I can't thank them enough.

Easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I was given zero feedback involving anything, including jobs applied through them, information regarding my resume, and anything about them calling up jobs I've applied for.

My initial consultant was a lovely lady who I had no qualms about, but then I was placed with a much, much worse employee who made my time here an absolute pain.

Their strategy these days seem to be to get you in, put you on one of their garbage computers, force you to apply for a job, and then pray that the sheer number of applications they force you to do lands you a job, despite how woefully unqualified you might actually be, and then collect that sweet, juicy government money for doing absolutely nothing.

I got one interview from them in my whole year with them. One. Any other job they've supposedly applied me for has had zero feedback. I don't know if the job is closed, I don't know if I was rejected, I don't even know if I was actually referred to these jobs in the first place. Oh, and don't expect them to tell you what went wrong with your applications with these jobs they have too, because they won't tell you, and they clearly don't care.

Their "job club" thing is an absolute joke too, it's literally just the same as what they do with the fortnightly interviews now. Sit you on a computer, force you to apply for a job, then supposedly "call up on it", and you'll never hear about that job from them again. Oh, and if you miss one of these job club activities, you will have your pay suspended. They will gladly see to that.

So if they ever prompt you to do some "job club" thing, don't do it. Because it's something you're already doing, and it's just going to be an even greater pain since you'll have to keep coming in every week now, on top of your regularly scheduled fortnightly appointments, with the risk of losing your payments should you somehow do something wrong.

My last encounter with my consultant revealed just how absolutely lazy they are. I got sat down at their computers, told to apply for a job, so I applied for a job at Target as a Customer Service Representative, then when I printed it out, they told me to apply for another one because "they don't usually go anywhere with us". Maybe you should, I don't know, do your job and try anyway? But anyway, I decided to comply and applied for another job at some cosmetics warehouse as a pick packer. I printed out the job and they said there was no phone number on it, and told me to go look it up for them. I asked why they couldn't do it if they were going to be working with the application anyway, to which they got flustered and said "dO i LoOk LiKe I hAvE iDlE hAnDs FoR tHiS? ", which they clearly did as they were scoffing and waving their arms around doing nothing while they were whinging, and it took me literally not even 6 seconds to find this phone number. How lazy do you have to be to say that when it takes no time at all to Google this?

I demanded a transfer from Centrelink to another job provider and I've found employment within the week on my own. This company isn't worth your time, effort, worries, stress, or attention. I'll be glad to never see a Sarina Russo site again.

Had been with Sarina Russo Penrith for a fair few months, within the time i got myself a job in which i was casual. I notified Sarina Russo, i also wanted to find a second job as i wasnt getting enough hours. All they seemed to do was get me in their to tick me off the list and then have me out of the door. Some days i would come in 10-15 minutes early and still be sitting their waiting an hour later to be seen. One of the people their tried to put me into a ‘cancer clinic’ for work for the dole and when i refused and said i couldn’t do it as i myself have cancer and it’s triggering they began to ask me questions and belittle me about it.i have never felt so awful in my life than going to this job provider.

The staff at Penrith are very friendly and efficient! I was only with them for 4 days and I found full time employment.
Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

The team at Sarina Russo PENRITH are amazing. They go above and beyond to do whatever they can for you. I'm currently going through some struggles in my life, have been for a while, but the ladies at Sarina have NEVER made me feel judged, less then, or like a was a nusance. After only a week of personally getting transferred to Sarina, after seeing what they were capable of first hand, they secured me an amazing job. Whenever I met a person who is genuinely looking for work I tell them about Sarina Russo Penrith. 5 stars all the way. An amazing bunch of pop.

Unhelpful finding appropriate employment, inefficient in creating decent resumes for clients in order to help them even find work. Unreasonable with tendency to “play god” by causing clients welfare payments to cease if they don’t drop everything to do what they want. Ideally I would’ve given zero stars but the lowest option is 1star.
