My husband and I started seeing Sarah at a low point in our relationship this year (Covid has so much to answer for). While we have a very strong and loving relationship, we were struggling to communicate and let go. We started seeing Sarah weekly in the beginning and from the get go she was honest and open and challenged our past behaviours. We had amazing results and I have since gone on to work with Sarah on my own. I feel seen, heard and safe in her presence. I can not recommend Sarah enough!
