Sara Lee Factory Outlet

I'm saddened by the close down, but not surprised. 15 years ago you bring a Sarah cake to a function and it was a nice treat. Over the years all the ingrediants have been replaced with low quality products, up to a point that you couldn't tell what your eating anymore. I brought a cake to a function 6 month ago, it was the only desert left on the table. Management is 100% at fault.

What a screw up this once fantastic and handy Sara Lee outlet turned into! Still have old address listed. Is this supposed to be a Sara Lee factory outlet or they just sell Sara Lee cakes or they just scam people into thinking so? I gave up a few years ago and just use the Cheese Cake Shop because at least you have the backing of the mother company.

You offered to cancel my order and give my money back on the day of my daughters first birthday when I need the cake. The least you could do was deliver to my house free of charge after I waited at your door for two hours with no response when you were inside ignoring me.
I never asked for a refund, I just want everyone know what type of person they are dealing with when they make an order with you.
You should also get educated on how to speak to people and how to run a company.

Original Review:
Placed an order online and received a call within a few minutes to arrange a time for collection.
However the next day I went to the address 81 Albert Street
Guildford West which was provided by them for collection and its a corner shop who have no idea about anything.
Found another address online 5a Virginia St Guildford and no one answered the door for an hour.
After trying to call multiple times while waiting there finally got through to the driver who had no cake and said he wasn’t picking up or answering because it’s Sunday and they can give my money back.
I don’t want my money back I want the cakes I ordered.
They are the ones that called me said my order was in stock and can be collected Sunday at 10.30.
They ended up delivering my order to my house however the whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional and a waste of time.

I have not attended this place but was unable to find a place for reviews on Sara Lees site, don’t want to know how bad their products are. I recently purchased both the Apple crumble tasteless sludge in a bowl and the snack apple pies are tasteless insipid pieces of pastry with tasteless apples a real disgrace and disappointment. I purchased these products previously and had no problem tasty so sad to see how badly they are doing.

I would like to say special thanks to the woodpark saralee outlet. I called around 10am and had my cake delivered by 11.20am same day! I couldn’t believe it as it was a last minute request for my sons birthday! Cake is delicious plus the service I got on the phone was amazing! Thank u so much.

Amazing service. I submitted an order online for some cake slabs at 10: 40am Friday (we live Locally to them), order was delivered 10: 58am. 18 minutes! Unbelievable good. Some companies have next day delivery, Sara Lee Online - next minute delivery! 5 stars!

Had a great experience recently with Sara Lee online after placing an order for some cake slabs. The customer service communication was excellent and they kept us in the loop throughout the process. They were even able to deliver the slabs to our function venue. Fantastic experience all around and highly recommended!

This is not the saralee factory! Its a store with a small freezer section of saralee stuff at double the price.its filthy, it stinks sooooooo bad in there of curry, mold and smoke.made me wanna gag.false advertising!

When I was really young I would come home and my mum would put on my favourite dish. Sara Lee quiche lorraine. It was my childhood classic and my favourite food in the world. Now I can't find it anywhere.please bring it back!

I searched for it, and we found it. The Sara lee Factory, great products and service.although many items seem to have been discontinued.but all the Slab Cakes (Birthday Cakes) and cheesecakes are all available.and at CHEAP prices.they seem to have more items in the store, which is great.we used to go there prior, and all they had was a small store with only Sara Lee, NOW, they have Sara Lee and many items.what a great discount variety Store absolutely love it.have been going there for many years prior.now we found it.we will continue to go there again for many years to come. ….

We were so excited when we found out that there was a “Sarah lee factory outlet” the picture on the website shows a massive factory, but this was not the case. It was a tiny roadside store, and was filled with out of date cheese, and china store items. We were very disappointed when there was only one fridge in the back with a couple of frozen cakes. DONT GO HERE! We drove out of our way to get here and left with sadness

How misleading. This is just a cake store, but borrows the name of Sara Lee to get people through the door.

Great Place. Woodpark store is conveintly close. And has a great Variety of Stuff.

Great customer service, and Plenty of Parking.

Huge Savings, And most importantly The big Slab Cakes are here any flavour you want.

I went there me.and the family, and we found everything we needed. CAKES, SLAB cakes, Ice Cream Cheescakes. This store although small, but has everything you need. The Staff are fantastic, This is the FACTORY OUTLET I was looking for. Every one keeps Saying they done exist, but I found it. So I would like to share this wonderful news with Every one I KNOW and people put there, that are looking for the one and only store to get your Sara Lee stuff Well COME here. They have it ALL.

You Guys Have it all. SARA LEE Slab Cakes, Pound Cakes and Crossaints, and Ice Cream, absolutely Everything. 10 Out 10.
