Heated pool, all year round, lap pool, kids pool, swimming club. Child minding, gym, squash. Great facility. Lifeguards for safety.

Get around this place!
Great little gym if you need to pause your holiday and rip pec off bone before flaunting it on the beach.
Fair Casual rate. Good selection of cardio and strength equipment.

Went here for the south-eastern squash championships over 2 days it was an amazing new squash facility. I didn't use the pool but from the time I was there, there was always people in the water.

Fantastic centre. Reasonable pricing for casual swimming. Friendly staff. Hot showers and heated pool. Kids enjoyed swimming there.

Lifeguard seemed to have social problems/anger issues. Was having a go at some poor people's kids for just playing normally. Gathered this is a known issue from the reaction of other staff when they were asked.
Otherwise decent little pools.

Pool is fantastic. Just what I need to do rehab since my double knee replacement. Shame that it is only quiet enough if I go at 7am as the place is freezing. The water is warm but the inside air temp is cold. Windows open at both ends creating a freezing draft. Not much point of an indoor pool if you open the windows when it's 4 degrees.

Good little pool and lap pool. Facilities clean. Staff are quite rude though.

This just the best place to be. The pool is fan drastic and the people that work there are very friendly. It is also very child friendly as well.

The Pambula Beach Pool is nestled into a beautiful trees environment. Lots of natural light.very enjoyable experience
