Poor customer service. Provided inconvenient solutions for a damaged item I received from their warehouse. Tried reasoning with them and all they keep giving me were generic responses. If I live in Aus, i wouldve dropped by and do a one-to-one exchange but I dont. Ordered from overseas and this happens. They said they will give me a return label that will not be at my expense afterwhich they will refund me once the item is back in their hands. Yeah but the hassle of putting in time and effort to repack their damaged items and actually drop it off at the post office to "return" to them, doesn't sound that accommodating at ALL. I even provided my invoice and pictures of the damages as proof but apparently all that means nothing. They literally cornered me into keeping the damaged item by making it extremely inconvenient for me. Basically, im paying for a damaged item. Thanks for nothing.

Great place to purchase DVD’s online, customer service was helpful when I needed to return an item.

There online store is pathetic I have almost waited 12 months for my cds & vinyl to arrive with they claim to have in stock so after waiting g so long today I requested a refund I will never ever use there stupid service again stay away from them

Love Sanity and the deals that they do on most of their product range. Especially their multi buy deals, as they release newer movies and tv shows into their multi buy deals earlier than the opposition.
The only thing that lets them down is their shipping costs compared to the opposition. Now that there are less stores to go into or click and collect from, shipping is the only option in WA.
Often defeats the purpose of buying a couple of cheap Blu-rays when you add the shipping.
Would love to buy from Sanity more.

They had a rare bluray and new, a good price when two bought and fast fair priced shipping:) I usually only buy from JB Hifi but will check Sanity first now.

I bought an old TV series from Sanity, goods arrived within a few days and in perfect condition. Would definitely use Sanity again. Not the first time I've used them and won't be the last

Every time I have bought dvds from Sanity the service has been excellent. Even in these times delivery has been pro mpt and of course the dvds exactly as shown.

Y parcel was supposed to arrive on the 18/10/2021 and it is now the 23/10/2021 with no parcel. The shipping company won't get back to me. Totally peeved.

There was a confusion at the start of the order with the payment process but the folks at Sanity sorted it out and I revived the items with the week which was good,
