4My first silent retreat in 2018 led by Will James and Rhada Nicholson (Insight Meditation Retreat) literally opened my heart. Highly recommend - gorgeous property, super friendly and supportive staff members and owners of the property with comfortable quarters and delicious food. I have been on other retreats in other locations but this space is breathtaking. Suitable for beginners and those who are more experienced. I left this retreat space feeling like a new person and literally glowing
