If you want to be walk in customer its alright but if you order something on a phone to pick up then please dont do it. They will confirm your order and when you are there they will have no idea about it. Happened to me twice and now i am compelled to write a review.i orderd some meat to pick up and they confirm my order and i was there and there was no meat for me. They didnt even called to inform me. And the customer service by a tall indian looking guy who looks like a owner is terrible. He barely smiles to customer and most important thing he is going to confrim your order and when you are there u wont get your order and you wont even get a apology.

My first visit to the store. It is a large and well stocked shop. I bought some fresh rooster meat which was a bit pricey. Upon cooking, I found the meat was too soft and lacking in taste. Customer service was ok.

My first visit in this store, bought a frozen momo. Steamed as per instructions on the packet. Momo formed as cluster can’t seperate before nor after steaming plus taste pathetic.
Owner please be mindful and try the product self before displaying out. It will certainly damage your goodwill.

Very convenient for us to visit the shop.
But please do keep track of prices and receipts. It has happened 3x that its either wrong price or they will scan an extra item and if you do notice it they will say its a mistake. But if you didn't notice than.
Cant be making a genuine mistake on 3 occasions. Please do not play with people's trust especially word of mouth is very important in running any business in this country.

Been shopping there for almost 6 months now. Love their lays & Kurkure. Only one of the few places where they taste exactly like in india, fresh and crunchy. Grocery prices is reasonably cheap too.

Love the Customer service love the place clean and tidy very helpful people always smile on there face's just today I went with a rice complain showed then what the problem was and got a new one. The owner is very humble and so is his workers

The customer service by the owner is very disappointing. He`s always on the phone while serving and don`t bother to put down the phone while serving. The other staff is very friendly and provide good customer service.

Price on product is not same as what they are charging specifically for deals they say, so check your receipt if they are charging as per the deal or it’s usual price

Most items are available. Although the frozen stuff and snacks are limited, most other sections are adequate.

Very nice food. I just have wait little longer but it's worth as lots of pick up order. We definitely recommend and revisited again

This is a good choices for Nepalese and Indian grocery. You can find your looking items on shelf easily. I like masala tea from machine and fresh sweets.

Such a clean, neat and tidy store! Pretty much you can get all spices, pickles, rice, vegetable, dry foods, biscuits, frozen items such as fish, meat and groceries in a great affordable price! Such a great store near the Edmondson park and surrounding communities. Mainly focusing on south Asian spices and groceries - Indian, Bangladeshi and Nepalese! Customer service is great - friendly and approachable. Only issue is parking, it can be annoying to get a parking if you visit peak hours. Would recommend to all.

A massive store that sells all varieties of traditional Indian groceries which is quite rare in Sydney. Sangam fills a niche for the Indian community while also having friendly staff and delicious sweets. I'm excited to see if the restaurant will achieve the same level of quality as well!
