I recently completed a four session hypnotherapy treatment with Sandy. She is a very empathetic, compassionate and caring person who will tailor your sessions and treatment to match your personal situation and goals.

I find that the hypnotherapy that Sandy performed for me to lose weight was remarkable. I am not saying that it is a fast fix, you still must work at it but I am now educated on what it means to eat correctly and stay fully focused on what I put into my mouth and do not crave wrong foods. Yes I still have more weight to lose but am pleased with my 15kg weight loss so far.
I had my hypnosis done over the phone as I do not live near Sandy. Highly recommend as Sandy has a very relaxed style voice that for some reason really goes into your subconscious mind.
