Be very careful of the two headed snake used car sales manager. The salesman Simon was brilliant. Simon spent so much time for me and even before i could finalise my deal with Simon the used car manager sold the E400 vehicle to another customer! You all have been warned to stay away from this dealership! Very unprofessional & time wasting dealership to deal with!

The E400 vehicle is believed to be sold to another customer but apparently its still showing up available on Carsales Ad!

High Management should take actions with the used car manager. I came to purchase the car with no intenenons of finances.

Wonderful family run business with an amazing coffee shop serving the most wonderful chicken sandwiches in Australia. Plus their cupcakes are extraordinary but don’t make the mistake of asking for the recipe.

I would like to say a very big thankyou to Michael Smith for the exceptional service my family and I received when we recently purchased our family car from him.

Michael is a quality human being who was born to be in sales. He would have to be one of the best sales people we have ever met to be quite honest.

We approached a few dealerships (Including Porsche Willoughby) and were really dissapointed in the lack of service and the arrogance of the sales people. Their poor ethic and zero follow up is unacceptable. If they were my staff.they would be terminated from employment.

Michael from the start was extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond for us. His follow up was excellent and never aggressive. He has a sixth sense as to when to contact you and when to give you time to think about how you wish to proceed with your purchase.

What we really appreciated about Michael was that he was an authentic human being, humble, kind, honest, patient and great with my little babies (17 month old and 4 yr old). We also met Mr Sanderson briefly and he also wonderful as were the receptionists.

An excellent team overall. We will never forget you Michael, you touched our hearts with all your help.

This is a review from a general observation prospective.
I took my C63s for its first ‘A’ service. I would have to say that the experience was far from exceptional. The service advisors appeared to be preoccupied and felt as though I was interrupting them each time I needed their attention. The awkward entrance door to reception when part of the office was open, felt a little less than cohesive. The woman with the glasses felt cold and made us feel unwelcome upon entering the reception area. She clearly lacks basic people skills at basic level, let alone a brand within a prestige segment.
When I left my vehicle for the service, there was no coordination or basic customer service. I had a hire car prebooked, the lack of attentiveness highlights a communication issue and I felt the staff on that day were not engaged and appeared to be committed to their roles. No hire car was available for the day. What was I suppose to do then? With an ETA of 5: 30pm and leaving the car at 9: 30am, I was lost.
With all this being said, it doesn’t entirely feel promising and this demonstration does not leave a level of confidence that they carried out the service to standard. The vehicle felt sluggish and not to the high performing level prior to the service.

My dealings with Tom, right from the first email enquiry through to the final hand over of the car has been fantastic.
Tom, was very responsive to all emails, and very willing to help with any questions I had. I travelled from interstate to pick up the car and met Tom in person for the first time when picking up the car.
