I've tried yoga, meditation, and teas from Sanas, and all three have definitely brought me the energy and the vibe i've been looking for. Highly recommend yoga in their yoga space. - Agi really sets the right mood and I always feel restored and more mindful when I leave.
My session with Agatha was perfect. It offered me exactly what I needed on the day. She met me where I was at and let my energy communicate to her, honouring & listening to it’s presence. I felt safe, held & relaxed in her presence and the space. Her teas are beautiful & aromatherapy oils are beautiful too & added that extra layer to help me soften in. Loved it!
I’ve gone in for the in-person Reiki sessions and they have all been terrific, the ambience of the space is calming and Agatha leads you into a deep state of relaxation. Exactly the escape I need from my day to day, I can’t recommend enough!
