68 I didn't have a great experience at this store. I needed someone to look at my phone that was switching on and off frequently. After speaking to the online support team, I was advised that no appointment was necessary, that a walk in was fine.
Getting to this store, I was told I did need an appointment or I'd need to wait at least 30 minutes before anyone could even talk to me about getting my phone assessed. The next appointment was three days away and I would've had no phone to use in the meantime. Staff didn't seem too phased by that, stating I would need to seek my own replacement device.
Will not be returning to that store.
I just upgraded from an iPhone. Ray and V from the store were very helpful and also offered to transfer my data efficiently and smoothly despite the technical problems. I am really appreciative and thankful to everyone at the store.
Great place for advice, help, repairs and purchases of all things Samsung mobile related. Friendly staff and quick service. I went in there to get a battery replacement on a phone and after booking it online (really easy to do) it was easy to do the drop off and clear comms were provided about when to pick it up.
Raymond helped me to update my phone after the Optus issue and now is working. He was gentle, patient, and kind. The service was excellent and I will soon buy a phone there.
This is a very nice Samsung shop, with all its products on display and available for purchase. The shop is located in George Street in the city, spacious, well laid out, and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, supportive, and customer focused. I always enjoy visiting the Samsung shop in George Street and have never been disappointed about the purchases I have made over the years.
Went there yesterday 23 Oct for my appointment to see a phone specialist. The staff that served me was Helen.she was soo knowledgeable, professional, quick and very helpful. Very thankful for her help. I have to add Katie and Mohammed for their service with a smile and both are knowledgeable too. Can't complain. I personally recommend Samsung 450 George St store.very convenient to everything.
I got a new galaxy here and was good experience. The staffs are very helpful and nice. I am so happy to get a new phone in the shop!
I am done with samsung. The worst customer service ever. Went in with the z fold. Do not buy this phone. It ia going to give you problems. Then the staff are saying we do not accept repairs/issues after 6pm? Really? A joke!
Love how Kathy and Chris's customer service. They explained everything to me and they went out of their way to help me. Kathy was finishing her shift but yet stay on a little longer to attend to me. I felt that they are so dedicated and impressive team work! Their product knowledge is tip top and they answer my question patiently with a warm smile. If the management is reading this please give them a raise, hard to find staff as passionate like this these day!

Great service from VARUN.from moment we walked in, varun explained the differences between s23 plus and the s23 ultra. His knowledge with the phones helped us make decision with 23ultra.

Absolutely appalling service experience. I have a house full of Samsung product, TV, fridges, dryers you name it I've got it but I'll be replacing the lot after my service experience for my 75, TV. 1.5hrs to lodge the initial service request and none of the details get passed on. Received an email sayings theyd confirmed a replacement and 2.weeks on still waiting for a call even though i go via there call centre twice a week to follow up on. Impossible to get decisions makers or escalate a case. Just finished my ACCC complaint and doing fair trading next. Ridiculous
I when into store with my Samsung 53a that would not turn on.
I saw a staff member and they check my phone and told me yes there was a problem with it but they didn't have any technical support person available. I was told that I would have make an appointment to book my phone in for service on another day.
Are they joking, when I already was there.

Absolute disgrace, the guy in George street took my phone saying it will take 3 days to come back and now have been told it can take months, the customer service is horrendous and know nothing about they actually need to know. Honestly will never be back with Samsung again, terrible!
The only thing I have a problem with their phones are.there's no SD card space.are you paying attention Samsung? Especially in their flagship phones. I don't want to folk out thousands of dollars.and find out their not Sd card supported.it is essential to have one.for photo transfer and video as well. I don't like the cloud storage.because people can hack and steal info

i just bought s21 15 days ago and i suppose to get SC+ for free (but not) untill now i have to call Samsung everyday and i still dont get any solution i can show you my invoice that said "promotion applied to your order" ans SC+ is the ads that Samsung promoted by that time. Your ads is misleading if i know this will happen i would not buy Samsung or cancel the order. I sent several emails to Samsung but i inly got 1 ridiculous answer thats said i did not add SC+ in my cart thats why i did not get it. Actually on your website also T&C did not mention at all that i have to add SC+ on my card manually. Thia is the reason why i have to call Samsung everyday to get my answer and they only said to me that someone will contact me back which i think they have the worst after sales service and not effective call centre. Today i talked to sheena at 9.55 am she said she will get one of management team call me back by 12.00 pm but no one! Call me so now i have to call Samsung back and im still on the line. No one here really hele me. I just want to return this phone because i did not get what Samsung promoted on their ads. Everytime i look at my S21 i just want to get rid of out of my life i really hate it, causes me too much anxiety.
If you dont want to have this worst experience so dont buy Samsung
A really positive experience with customer support from Samsung Australia. I required a replacement S Pen for my Galaxy Tab S7+ as I lost the original. Only 2 sellers had the item, one in the US and 1 in Au. The item was unavailable in the Samsung Australia website, I called customer support and was immediately triaged via the Smart Touch link that was texted to my phone before being connected to a representative without waiting. Although the item was not available, Samsung were kind enough to send me a replacement free of charge. The item was promptly shipped to my address once restocked within a few days. It's even the matching colour of the tablet. Thanks Samsung
Completely disgraceful. Sent my order to the wrong place despite 3 calls, won't allow anyone else to collect for me, claim to be open for "click and collect only" during lockdown (with no instructions for doing that) but their call centre in Manila says they're completely closed. The Sydney number is disconnected, and Westfields can't get in contact with them because they have the same number. They won't redirect or cancel and reissue my order.
On the bright side, I received a new charger for the phone I will never see.
Driver scratched my floor when delivering the Samsung TV. Samsung refused to even speak to me to investigate this. They just flat out say it wasn't them.
