I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and I was given excellent service the moment I stepped into the store by Manisha. She went the extra mile and helped me try to save my pictures and was very patient. She spent the time making sure that my phone would be fixed and arranged delivery to put my mind at ease. Good old fashioned customer service. Thank you so much Manisha!

Bought my new s23+ from this store, Nikhil was amazing! He was my customer service representative and helped me with the sale, ended up buying in store, nothing but excellent service from Nikhil, great lad, highly recommend buying from him!

Was not impressed with this store, they told me my phone would cost nothing to fix and then after a few days said $365. Vodafone only charged me $230.

Went into samsung Parramatta Westfield and found the staff polite and very helpful. Had a small phone issue that Telstra did not want to help with and telstra staff where extremely rude. Staff at samsung fixed my issue and helped me to avoid the problem happening again. Thank you Samsung staff.

Would give zero stars if I could, Sent phone in repair 5 times and it still has the same issue it had since day one.they also scratched the screen on the 4th repair!

81 days since first failed repair still no followup - AVOID
82 days now
90 days, still no resolution, they have admitted the phone has a fault, yet still cant "Find a fault", what the hell is even happening? !?
120 days, still no resolution, they keep trying to screw customers like me around instead of issuing a refund.
150 days, Genuinely so sickened by these malicious actions by Samsung.
160 days: Still no resolution
180 days: Still no resolution.

I went to the store last Thursday to get my new Samsung Ultra S23, I didn't felt that I was buying a flagship phone, the guy at shop did not explained anything without asking. It seemed he had little to nothing knowledge about anything. Was shocked to know that most of the offers on Samsung website were not applicable in the store, they kept turning down anything and everything I asked. I bought the phone irrespective but the service and behavior was bit awkward and I wanted to raise that here that's why the review. Thanks

3 males workers standing around chatting, when we asked for help the guy had zero knowledge of the phones we were asking about.

Absolutely terrible customers service, not attentive at all.

When you're looking to spend $1799 on a phone you want customer service to match. Very poor experience

Terrible service from Samsung; they weren't helpful at all in finding a solution, and they kept saying that I had to go without a phone for three days; when I informed them that I needed it for work and business, they offered no help or solutions. I had to visit this store after being told the Liverpool store had no technicians working today, I had to make over an hour-long round trip to be given subpar service. This is all after wasting my money on Samsung Care when purchasing the device. Samsung's customer service is dismal and useless. They'll do everything they can to get you to buy devices, but when it comes to fixing faults on their devices, you are expected to jump through hoops or buy another device while waiting for them to fix their defect. They deserve less than 1 star.

It Was Great! Had a look around Until a Shop Assistant, approached Me.
I Asked her, my Quetions. BUt she was UNSURE How to HELP ME.
Sometimes they are AWAKE to give you a Hand!
. And AT Other times, STAFF.are No where, to be Seen!

My experience here simply put makes me speechless. My new (give or take 4 month old) samsung Z flip decided one day to not open due to a problem with the left hinge. I made an appointment to attend the Parramatta store for diagnostics and was greeted ever so cold by the staff. They did not offer any 'solutions' nor 'customer service' and kept insisting that they'll send it off for repair. The two male staff, one who appeared to be training another did not even greet me or make any eye contact, instead acted so confident without even looking at my phone that it needed to be sent for repair. I guess he was trying to flex whatever he thinks he has going in front of the trainee? I understand that sending the phone off to the repair centre is the inevitable ultimatum, although their approach with their me was rude and dismissive. I was left with no phone for 5 days due to parts not being readily available and the long queue of repairs, which clearly highlights Samsung's products and durability. My advice is if you are in need of any customer support to try the Sydney CBD store instead. It will save you time and frustration dealing with untrained and uninterested staff who are just waiting to head home for the day. Maybe it's time to make the switch back to an iPhone?

Worst customer service ever. This store is the worst Samsung ever.
There aren't many people, so why do we have to wait for 20 min? There were 3 employees.

Galaxy Watch 4 stopped charging so I took it in for repair. Now they don't know where the watch is and are not making any effort to locate where it is. It's been 3 weeks and no call back despite the matter being raised for investigation.

Was told samsung policy are different than store policy.and Samsung support and store have different opinion. Samsung support assured me service, but store chose not to and very KINDLY asked me to, go talk to SAMSUNG ONLINE SUPPORT, but they will not give service.so basically if you rely on SAMSUNG support, good luck.

I had to go and sort my samsung 5 watch out, as the charging cord for the watch was knackered, and Vodaphone didn't do the cords and didn't have them in stock.

So the guys from vodaphone said that the Parramatta Samsung store should be able to help me out.

I was hoping that maybe the case, I park in Westfield Parramatta which is like a rabbit warren, and find the Samsung store is on the ground floor, we are on the 5th floor, I find 5 staff just hanging out to help us. We head to the back of the store, and I start telling my story, I say the charging cord for my samsung 5 watch does not work, and the customer service lady checks the cord 3x's, and she acknowledges "yes it doesn't work", I show her my proof of purchase and all I want to hear is that we have another one in stock, which they didn't to replace my non-working one. So, I have to fill out an electronic form to be sent to their Graveville location for repair. I hope they clear that form, so theres no record of my address location left on their samsung tablet. I was looked after quite well by staff, but one will have to wait for a new charging cord to be sent to my home so I don't have to come back to the store again, as they will ship it to my home address.

Overall, it's not a terrible experience, but not a positive one either. Let's see how I go with my cord return.

Fantastic service nothing was 2 much trouble, watched them serve and elderly lady 60+ and their patience and professionalism was top notch. Well done to them very hard to find these days. 10/10

Today my ssung fold screen just got blanked, went to sent for repair and they said they can't give spare phone even. It's samsung fault not mine and it's even under warranty. Worst experience with Samsung. Will get rid of Samsung asap. Unprofessional attitude and not helping at all.

I would stay away from samsung as much as you can, it's just headaches 6 months down the line. Save your selves trouble and buy something else
I bought a fold 2 that broke and after sending it in for repair they sent it back and I never received it. The post says it's been left infront of the house so I'm guessing stolen.
Samsung say its not their problem even though they have sent a $2000 phone with no security options, insurance or signature.

Stuff like this saves money for them for the phone to be cheaper upfront but it's troubles down the line
