Staff could be more knowledgeable and offer demo for galaxy buds and accessories. Was keen to purchase on the day but was reluctant with lack of help. Not a great first experience coming back to samsung from iphone.

Came here today to drop off my watch for service, since I couldn't do so at the Bondi Junction Samsung due to their terrible customer service. I was served by Justin and I'm really happy about it. He was very helpful and explained everything to me. Definitely I will visit the same store for any future issues, even though it's far from where I live. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Justin!

Bloody awesome.
3 days turn around for repairs and half the price of all the other shops.
Even replaced my battery at the same time for free

Went in to buy a new phone on 01 November at 1420 but after waiting for a considerable amount of time to be served while the 4 staff that were there stood around talking among them selfs disregarding customers that were waiting. After faults within the warranty period of my last several Samsung phones and this experience I think it's time to change to a different brand. Happy to discuss further.

We stopped here to fix some technical issues we were having with a new Samsung work phone. This has been bought off the shelf and supplied to my husband who had to set the phone up etc. We were a bit lost and the fellow that served us was most helpful. Giving us guidance etc. Good customer service.

The guys are full of lies. They run the diagnostic tests on your phone and they find excuses to back up their lies. Apple store in sydney is far more better. They replace your phones if there is any issue and they actually listen to you. Thumbs down for Samsung

Guys, you need to have a replacement phones to your loyal clients.

Very disappointed since the the time I updated to s7, cut the story short took the phone to Westfield Miranda stand, technician recommends to send it again to Samsung repairs center, but need to have my own replacement phone instead.

The phone is business related phone, bought it 9 month ago, I don't have to keep a spare phone with me just because I am using Samsung.

Visited the booth to get help with using the cable to transfer info from iPhone to android. Didn't work. Was told to update iOS and disable iMessage. Mucked around all day and still doesn't work. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible.

I got a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and that has problems with it it freezing by itself I've sent it into the store 5 times and they keep on sending that back to me and saying that there's nothing wrong with it this place needs to be close down for good

Great service, came in with a fault in my phones usb c port, staff were very helpful and replaced my phone as it was the second time this has occured. Excellent service from sash

Went in there with my mothers mobile phone which gets limited use around the home, she has had the phone for 3yrs and the battery pushed the screen out and cracked the screen protector. When I removed the battery it was hot and swollen to an extreme condition. I took it to these guys when he told me it had warped (in my opinion that is a defect) but he informed me 12 months on the battery and 2yrs on the phone under warranty. So I would have to pay, I can understand under normal circumstances this would be right, but the product should not do that after 3yrs. Poor customer service and if it had of hurt someone I’m sure the situation would have been different.

Fabulous store and staff. Recently upgraded from Apple and the team here made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Love the kiosk and hope it never leaves!

Went in to fix phone was told to bring receipt of proof of purchase, wait one day to get fixed.
Opposite store was fone king fixed my phone in an hour no stress great customer service.

Terrible customer service. Staff members fail to communicate effectively with each other. One staff member (male with glasses and boofy hair) had the audacity to tell me, in front of my children, that he hates children and thinks they are demons. Seriously.
