I went to this place after several attempts to fix my Epson printer elsewhere (Waterloo). The guy figured out the reason and demonstrated me working printer, even prepared detailed instructions how to configure the driver properly. I wasted so much time in the other place. I am so glad that my printer is finally working!

We purcahsed a brother MFC 9340 from this company. The person J told me that they sell product which is not blend new but in very good condition and cheaper price. He did not mention to me there is a WT box we need to replace. I printed 47XX pages in total, then the printer does not print anymore and it ask us to replace the WT box. I called J and ask why it is so quick that we need to replace the WT box? I said we did not make that much printing. At that time I said we made possibily less than 2000 pages becasue I have not checked the actual number. He said if we made over 2000 pages then he will charge us $100 service fee plus the WT BOX fee. I did not say yes becasue I want to make sure I astimated correctly. After I talked to him, I checked the brother website and found that the WT box can last for 50000 pages and I checked we made only 47XX pages. It is obviously the device's problem, I call him and offer if we printed more than half of the maximum number of the WT box then I will be happy to pay. Then he said I lied and he refused my offer and still insit that it has to be less than 2000 otherwise we need to pay.

At first he promised if we order the toners from him, they will offer free services for our device, but he came for the service very rare. I do not trust this company anymore, he promised everything when he wanted you to buy from him but you can judge by the fact how he fulfils his promise?

I won't deal with this company anymore and I will not recommend this company.
