The professional advice I got over the phone was extremely helpful having not dealt with solar hot water system issues previously myself.

We recently engaged Same Day Hot Water Service to supply and install a Reclaim Heat Pump Hot Water System. Despite us being in the Southern Highlands their quote was very competitive.
The system was installed promptly and professionally, including all electrical work.
What impressed the most was how quickly they did it and how neat and tidy they were during the install and after for clean up.great installers who travelled a long way to help us.

I rang up Thursday afternoon for a replacement Rinnai Infinity 26 and the next morning Ethan showed up first thing and spent a couple hours fitting it.

I paid $110 additional for the new fittings and would highly recommend their service from the ladies on the phone to the professional doing the job.

And many thanks for the YouTube walk through of the products. It was very helpful in deciding which Rinnai Infinity to choose.

Well done guys - looking forward to the next time I deal with you. Hopefully not for next 20 years if the Rinnai repeats it's service life again!

Great service. I had a heat pump system installed which turned out to be faulty. (Manufacturers fault) Got it replaced with a new one in the morning of the next day. Staff are very friendly and can't recommend them highly enough. Pleasure to deal with.

I had my hot water system replaced and these guys were excellent. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend them.

For anyone who’s planning to use this service, I strongly advise everyone to NOT. When using their service for the hot water tank, after using it for less than half a year, it broke down additionally the product is still under the warranty the people refuse to come and fix it. This is unacceptable and it left our family no access to hot water. In addition the after sales service people dismissed the problem and no one fixed it for us in the end.

Have to give these guys 5 stars for the high quality service. Ordered my hot water unit in the evening and got a call first thing the following morning letting me know it was ready to be delivered.
The delivery driver was also super helpful and was kind enough to assist with lifting the unit up a flight of stairs with me.
I'm also very happy with their price - very reasonable. Thank you so very much!

After my daughter was quoted $5300 for the replacement of their 315 litre HWH I saw red. My first phone call was to Same Day Hot water. They seemed to good to be true. They Quoted me $1800 over the phone site unseen. I cancelled the first plumber as was told not only were they keeping my deposit, but they also wanted 50% of their quote. Criminals. Even after forfeiting our $530 deposit we were still in front by a long way. The service and speed of the replacement was excellent from Same Day Hot Water. I can't believe there is still honest people out there. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very lovely gentleman came out give me a quote. I agreed with the price one day later the installers come they want to do an extra $200! They left in big mess when I asked them to clean up, they looked very strange to me! And what is it? What is businesses going to chance an extra credit fee!

Was recommended to Same Day Hot Water by one of the heat pump manufacturers. We organised a convenient time for the installation to go ahead, and the team arrived and did a great job at installing a heat pump in a tight location. Great work, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about heat pumps.

I purchased an EVOHEAT 270-1 through Same Day Hot Water Service. The company was just fantastic with all my enquiries, concerns and the installation!

Firstly, they had the best price I could find online. I got Oliver on the phone and he had me booked in at the earliest convenience. He also did a great job at ensuring that the product would fit in our tight space.

The service guys, Francis and Ethan, were super professional and courteous all the way. The job was done in less than two hours and the setup is super tidy. They also helped with clamping the pipes around the new system.

I'm super happy with the company and would definitely use them again!

Rang Same Day Hot water Service at 5pm on a Friday afternoon Shaun and Keiran arrived 11.15 am Saturday morning and removed the 20 year old Rheem hot water system and installed a brand new 400 litre Rheem tank with no trouble at all.
Finished job around 12.15.
Happy customer we now have hot water again.
