Brody looked after us wonderfully. Super knowledgeable and accommodating. Just loved the Vermentino and Gamay. Great to try something a little different too. Try it!

Did the wine tasting experience and had a great time! Our guide was very informative about each wine, and was accomodating to personal preferences for wines. Fantastic tastes, made it hard to chose which to buy. Will be back to try the beer tasting next time!

We just finished a wine tasting at Saltire and wanted to say that we had a really fantastic experience. The wines were amazing and Brody was so informative and entertaining. We really appreciate him taking the time to explain the difference in all of the wines and the background on how it was all produced. We can't wait to come back here with friends to introduce them to Saltire Estate.

Recently visited this winery with my wife. It is a peaceful place with great views. The best part is the wine though. We bought a dozen or so mainly reds and the quality is as good if not better than the Barossa and great value too! We will be back!

Wonderful experience! If you have the luck of having Marine, she’s absolutely amazing, she taught us so much about wine and the different kind of grapes they use to make their wine. The wine was also tasty and I love the Unicorn Moscato so much I bought 6! Would 100000% recommend to everyone

You must visit Saltire and Brody it was so relaxing and such an amazing country farm feel. A must stop over.

Great spot in the Hunter Valley, with quality wines on offer. The team also have a beer tasting option, making sure your whole group is catered for. Would highly recommend dropping in if you are in the area.

Had the most wonderful picnic experience here at Saltire with my partner! An amazing view coupled with a wine tasting and the most delicious platter of food for only $60! Such great value. The lady assisting us with the wine tasting was wonderful, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but I believe it may have been Marie or Marine? Really friendly service and super knowledgeable about the wine that was served. Max the wine dog was also adorable and we enjoyed our picnic while he sat next to us. Highly recommend visiting Saltire and booking their picnic experience online! I look forward to returning the next time I’m in the Hunter!

Visited this winery twice in last few years and they really have got some great quality wines, good prices, amazing staff, lovely views. Mercedes was super knowlegeable and helpful during out wine tasting process and so was Max the wine dog. The sitting arranges both inside and outside were impeccable and we couldn't resist taking photos during both our visits. Must try Prosecco, Cab Sav or any other limited release as recommended by the staff as they are really into getting the best for you.

An amazing wine and chocolate pairing session! Absolutely amazing wine and awesome chocolate.
You'll be accompanied by the wine dog Max and some random roos hopping throught the vines.
The Moscato was a standout of the bunch, refreshing but not too sweet.
