Aggressively average food for the price, I think more of a tourist trap place or for teenagers, decore and service was good tho.
There are much better Italians within walking distance.

Service wasn't good, bar not well attended with only 1 person behind the counter handling multiple orders and also he had to handle things in other areas leaving the bar unattended. One of waitresses a bit rude and blunt at times.i didn't enjoy the food and the service. Plenty of options around the area, I wouldn't go back.

Ordered a long island ice tea and the lamb ragu, absolutely delicious, service was reasonably fast and the staff was helpful, prices were higher on the scan and order vs the menu.definitely a more expensive restaurant but worth the price

OMG the ribs were exceptional, generous, and fell off the bone, the pizzas were large with generous toppings, and delicious, and the chefs special lasagne was huge, and really, really tasty. 5 stars

We went for our wedding anniversary lunch today. Although the food (crab tagliatelle) was very nice, the service was very disappointing. Despite being very quiet as far as customers go, our drinks took quite a while to come, and after waiting a really long time for our meal (half an hour) we were told that the chef didn’t get our order and he was preparing it now! When an error like this has been made, perhaps it would have been a nice gesture to have offered us a free coffee or dessert. As it was, we left feeling that we would be unlikely to return.

The mushroom gnocchi was delicious! We put it inside the bread with garlic butter on top & it was amazing. The arancini was crispy & had a good cheese pull. The gnocchi definitely needed some extra walnuts mixed through tho- they were so good & added a nice texture & crunch.

We had a great time here. Conveniently located at the top level of the Gateway Building, it is light and bright and quieter due to it being away from the food court on the ground floor.

The pizzas and pasta were all great. The service was very attentive and helpful.

The current $25 lunch special (being selected mains and a drink, including a selected wine, beer, juice or soft drink) is great value.

Circular Quay:
Our family of 3 adults were waiting to be seated and there was a couple behind us queuing as well, yet no one came to greet us. Called out a hello on the 2 bartendress as they had their backs on us but they just told us to wait, didn't have the sense of urgency at all to welcome guests when they weren't even busy. We all walked out. Lost business for the owners because their staff did not care at all, can't be bothered.

Perfect dough pizza, right amount of toppings with a nice wine selection. Local was great, after a heavy meal go for a walk on the quay

Food and service was not bad. A little on the pricey side though which is why it is 3 stars from me. Star rating would have been higher if the food was priced accordingly.

We were staying very near to this little centre on Circular Quay and stumbled up the Escalator on a cold Saturday night. Salt Meats Cheese was fully booked but the Maitre D welcomed us to sit at the bar, have a drink, and brought us menus. The Maori bartender was amazingly friendly and very good at her job. We really enjoyed our cocktails! I ate the linguine with crab (delicate but filling) ; the others had pappardelle with lamb ragù (hearty and luscious) and gnocchi ai funghi (silken and umami). Unfortunately we had no space for dessert.
Service was excellent; location, convenient; food, delicious. Doesn't get much better.

Expected a lot better. The food wasn't bad but was really just "okay". The best thing we were served was the focaccia bread which was actually divine. The service was friendly and the wait staff lovely, if a little haphazard. The thing which unfortunately ruined the experience was the noise, it was so loud where we were seated that we left to get drinks elsewhere as we could not stay any longer. Bit of a shame as we had really looked forward to dining here.

Pretty good pizzas, we ordered the lunch deal which came with a drink. They were hot and fresh and well made. The salad was very sad, I was pretty disappointed with it, definitely not worth ordering. The tables were very sticky, too much residue from the cleaning product and this made it unpleasant to touch. Overall, a safe place for lunch but nothing extraordinary.

Great location, excellent food and friendly and prompt service. Perfect for a quick work lunch.

Plastic wrap still attached to blue cheese and we found an alive bug crawling out of the rocket salad. We told the waiter and was nice about it but i dont think anything was done.
We asked for tap and sparkling water to start and had to remind them when our anitpasto platter arrived that we were still waiting on it.
Highly dont recommend ordering the crab pasta, was most likely just crab from a can? All pasta no sauce.
But I will mention 2/4 of my friends liked their meals.
When main was being served we ordered another round of drinks for 4 people.we finished main and had to go up again and remind them about it.

Overall not the best experience.

They did give us the drinks for free which was good, but the bug was where they lost me.

We are still waiting on our sparkling water.

Had the most amazing experience here! Planned my sister’s hens night with the team and they really made it a night to remember. We did the cocktail class followed by dinner and then drinks at Bar ombré. Everything was amazing from the food to the drinks and also the staff. Thank you so much to the team and cannot wait to go back!

As part of a friends hens celebration we had the pizza class here. There was a bit of a mix up however thankful to the staff and Paolo our teacher for making it a great time!
