DO NOT GO HERE!
I booked in highlights months ago. The hair stylist said that I should get balayage instead and bleached the ends of my hair while dying my roots a darker shade (opposite of what I wanted). I have been getting highlights for a few years and I have never had a stylist bleach the mid to ends of my hair so I thought this was strange at the time.

I was willing to pay the initial price I booked in for ($500) as I always take great care of my hair and don’t mind paying high end prices. I ended up paying $700 at the checkout (the stylist never told me there would be an added $200 and I still don’t know why). My hair looked the exact same as when I went in.

It’s a couple months later now and all my hair has broken off as the stylist bleached the ends of my hair and not my virgin roots.

My previously long hair is now brittle and super short as the ends have broke off. All of my years worth of growing and taking care of my hair was wasted on this one trip. I now have had to pay $1000 for extensions (in a different salon I can assure you).

Would not recommend to anyone!

Been seeing Sarah and Jade since their salontwosixsix in Darlinghurst and have never looked back. Top quality service, hair and products. Thank you for always transforming me! Highly recommend! Orella, Izzy & Sarah are awesome but everyone there is truly amazing.

I’ve seen the team at SJH to get my colour services for the last 1.5 years but recently had foils done by another salon which turned my hair yellow/green and was cut the shortest I’ve ever seen it with incredibly choppy layers.

Today I was able to get an appointment with the girls and was in tears talking about how this has really effected my self confidence.

Even though today I wasn’t able to get to the colour I’m aiming for, I walked out of the salon feeling heard and really understood by the girls. I’m looking forward to my visit in the new year when my hair is able to be coloured over again.

I never leave reviews but I wanted to say a special thank you to Erela for being so beautiful and kind with me. And to Sarah for reassuring me that we will get the end result

Long story short don’t cheat on your hairdresser and be patient for an appointment time lol

I have called and sent you 2 emails in regards to the refund of a revolving deposit paid and kept by you over time. As I've received no response I've had to escalate this with NSW Fairtrading. I also note other clients are complaining of the same issue with your salon.

Amazing amazing amazing, although the costs is high it's worth every penny. You feel like a million dollars when leaving.

1000% cannot recommend a better hair salon, my hair has never felt and looked better, the customer service is absolutely above and beyond. The absolute thickest hair I’ve ever had!

Buyer beware! If your hair is ruined at this place you will never receive a cent of your money back. The owner only cares about keeping all of that money you paid for a so called “premium” service just for your hair to be ruined. Plus any normal person will not want to ever step foot back at a place that ruined their hair, but she will refuse to give anything back after putting you through a horrible situation of ruining your hair, your money is all she cares about. Terrible way to ruin a business. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Cannot recommend Dev and the Sarah Jade hair care team in Bondi enough. I had a wonderful experience there my first time back in October, I loved how my hair turned out and was so happy with how I was treated. They have a beautiful salon and are all so lovely and friendly. I even got a coffee while Dev did my hair, will definitely be going back!

Sarah is so talented. Any wild decisions I make with my hair she is always down to help me reach my goals with new styles, extensions and colour. And not to mention the VIBE in the salon. This queen is amazing and I am so grateful. THANK YOU!

My hair extensions used to always be dry and I would need new ones every 2 months but after switching to purchasing seamless1 extensions from the salon & using ONLY Sarah jade products (the volumising shamp + conditioner + deep conditioning hair mask + argan oil) they have never looked better and I get so much longer out of them. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and recommend her products to anyone who uses hair extensions in particular! So happy that finally someone designed a whole hair care range for people who have hair extensions from mask to leave in creams to dry shampoo!
And! It’s rare these days that you have a company that has amazing products and amazing customer service at the same time. Thank you!

I flew up to sydney from melbourne to get my hair done by Izzy and she exceeded my expectations! My hair was everything i asked for and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Not to mention she went out of her way to message me and answer any questions i had before my session. Can’t wait to be back soon for a freshen up. Won’t be going anywhere else for extensions again ️

Could not recommend a better salon! Nikki re-taped my hair extensions as well as washed and styled my hair to perfection! I received countless of compliments from so many of my friends and others which instantly boosted my confidence. I am so in love with my hair and cannot wait to come back!

Would highly recommend! I had Khalil and he was amazing, I did the blonde transformation (with no extensions) and it looks so good. The colour has also lasted really well and he did a really good cut. Such a nice vibe in the salon and everyone is really friendly. Booking again for a couple weeks time:)
