I've been going to Salon Ten since things opened up from lockdown & what a gem close to home. Kellie & all the girls are wonderful & have always been more than happy with whatever I've had done. But the newest member of the team "Trent" is my go-to fav now, what a lovely & warm young man, with a fab sense of humour. Hands down 10+ the best facial I've ever had with a soothing massage.aaahh just heaven. I expect some might baulk at a male beauty therapist, but his passion for the industry & his gentle touch & positive energy will win you over. Ooh & his perfection for doing brows is great, especially at my age of 60 when they are getting a bit patchy. I'll be booking in with Trent again very soon for more wonderful pampering xo

I've been a client for a while and every time I visit I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and offered a refreshment. All the staff are amazing, especially Laura whom is my favourite and is so professional yet friendly and thoughtful. They even cater for my husband and children which is much appreciated.

It was my first visit to Salon Ten and it will definitely not be my last. Facial and massage with Ashlee was beyond superb and her warm, friendly, professional manner was very refreshing. My daughter recently got her ears pierced by Jillian who was amazing. My daughter was anxious and nervous and Jillian was so calm and patient with her, and gave her all the time in the world to be ready and supported her throughout. She is thrilled with the results and grateful for Jillians wonderful service.

My sister and I both booked in one of the monthly specials to try out Salon Ten. When we walked in we were both welcomed with open arms and treated like royalty from the beautiful owner Kellie. When we both finished our treatments we received a personalised thank you card for supporting the business which was very customer focused and made us feel special. We were then given welcome packs with pricing information and information on their services. I had Shannon look after me and my sister had Jill look after her and we both got in the car and couldn't speak highly enough about both of them and couldnt believe the high quality service they both provided to us. Since then, we have both been back several times and have several appointments booked. I can't recommend Salon Ten enough for all services especially the massages and facials that I have experienced! Really nice very relaxing experience when I went in a few wks ago & used a gift card my mum gave me, one of the Christmas gifts she gave me. I had a strawberry scrub on my feet & legs & back, hot towel put on me, strawberry moisturiser, a thick face mask, gua sha rose quartz crystal on my shoulders, neck& face, & a head massage. This went for almost just under an hour
I almost fell asleep. The lady was lovely& caring

I have been a client of Salon Ten since 2015? May be longer. Every experience has been fabulous, waxing, facials and massages. I cannot fault anything, I always feel so welcome and put at ease from the second I enter the salon. Wow, I have never felt so pampered in all my life. I left the salon feeling so refreshed. Kellie and her staff are so friendly and make you feel at home the moment you walk in the front door. I have already booked myself in for the Gingerbread Breather next month and I can't wait.
