After moving down to the Illawarra, I was referred to Salon Kaia. Jess was my allocated hair stylist and she new I was nervouse as it was new for me. However she listened to all my needs and concerns and worked her magic plus some. I walked out after my first appointment feeling amazing - even my hubby noticed how great my hair looked. I'm now 4th appointment in for the year and listen to all of Jess's advice on how to maintain my hair at home.she is amazing and has really given me the hair I've always wanted. Thanks Jess!

Amazing experience. I was really confused to choose a salon after coming to Australia. They did a wonderful Job and I have had the prettiest haircut from Kaia salon after 2 years. A great transition from long hair to a butterfly cut Highly recommended!

Had my hair cut short after a long time of the mum bun. I was apprehensive in finding the right hairdresser and I’m glad I took a chance on Kaia. Jess did my hair and she asked me many questions along the way to get my cut just the way I wanted it. Lovely salon too!

The staff are all extremely welcoming and lovely people. I had never coloured my hair before and was feeling unsure about the colour I was thinking of going. However Jess was extremely supportive and made me feel comfortable with my decision and cleared any doubts I had. Every-time I leave Salon Kaia I feel so confident and I’m so In love with my new hair. I could not recommend Jess enough, she is amazing.

I had my hair cut by Gemma. It is hands down the best haircut I’ve had in YEARS. She brought back so much movement and wave to my hair. I love it!

They’re honestly really good hairdressers and do really nice blowdrys. The best in Wollongong in my opinion.

Salon Kaia is such a beautiful salon filled with absolutely beautiful hairdressers that make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your experience. My hairdresser is Gemma, she is so clever with how she makes my hair dreams into reality. She recommends her thoughts, listens to mine and I walk out each time feeling AMAZING! Love love love Salon Kaia, and I especially love Gemma? I started seeing Gemma at her previous salon in Sydney back in 2021. When she moved to Wollongong several months later, I was heartbroken as I didn’t want to lose such an amazing hairdresser It took me one appointment with another hairdresser to realise that I couldn’t live without her! I’ve now been seeing Gemma at Salon Kaia for the past 6 months. She never fails to impress - not only does she give me the most amazing blonde hair, but is also the most caring, sweet girl. Don’t know where I (& my hair) would be without her!

Salon Kaia is my favourite place to relax and reset. Their attention to detail and service is above all and they nail the brief every time.
