Arief sold my apartment in Hurstville and would highly recommend him and Sylvia as the Market has been extremely tough and they didn’t give up at all. They kept me updated all the way through and was very proactive finding buyers even during the slower time. Sylvia was excellent from the first inspection. We were running late after inspecting multiple properties and she stayed back to show us around. From that point onward we had several questions, we had complications getting information we needed and she went above and beyond to help us find the information to the best of her ability. We had arranged a building inspector between our first and pre-sale inspection which she accommodated access for. All while being extremely friendly - thanks for all your help Sylvia!

Sylvia Setiadi helped my wife and I get a deal through for our first home purchase. She was receptive to the needs of her seller and to us.

She was prompt getting back to us with our enquiries (even responding to our after hour messages) and was always patient with our replies.

Excellent service. Our sales representative, Kenny, understood our requirements and found multiple properties which suited our needs best. Well recommended.

Illegitimate agent. Phil give false information stating something is a legal requirement but the information he told me was completely untrue. When emailing him about it several times he just ignores the email.

Update: 2 things. Firstly if what you're saying is true then there would be no need for a separate page for "special conditions" the lease should in itself cover all the compulsory legal requirements.so you adding a second page already proves you're contradicting yourself. 2nd the property is a 2 bedroom apartment so its allowed to have up to 4 occupants. Fairtrading states any additional occupants do not need permission to stay and there will not be made a separate sub-lease contract which you're speaking of so everything you said is invalid and irrelevant. You're just pushing your own agenda. I recommend you check with a solicitor or fairtrading as your facts are not correct.way too strict and unreasonable agent. Bad for both tenants and landlords. Apartment been vacant since May because of his strict rules. Doesn't understand peoples most basic needs. Asking new tenants to sign a separate 2 page
"special conditions" with a large list of additional conditions tenants need to follow. Way too difficult. Felt like someone trying
to control my life. The standard NSW tenancy agreement is more than enough and covers everything needed. Stay away from this agency unless
you want to feel like a prisoner under his authoritarian rules. If you're landlord don't use this agent as he will make sure it will stay vacant for a long time.

One of very few agencies out there that still do what needs to be done. Understand property industry and its regulation very well. Thank you for looking after my properties like it's your own!

My experience with Salease Property started a few years ago when I was looking for a property to purchase. Arief assisted me finding the best property that suited my preference and budget so was very happy with the purchase.

The property is now being managed by their property management team. The quality of service I receive from them is top notch. From tenant selection, entry, exit and routine inspection and maintenance report are always done to my standard. You can really see the level of details and attentiveness in their work. Had a bit of issue with our previous tenant which unfortunately resulted in court hearing but their experience and preparation, as well as understanding of the industry resulted in decision made in our favour by the tenancy court.

Highly recommends this agency, both their sales and property management team. Thank you!

Forget about asking for any help during Covid.they couldn’t care less. Just money hungry and heartless.

Extensive knowledge about property market, responsive, and accomodative. All in all, excellent service!

WARNING they don't return BOND stay away, this real estate is one of the worst in the industry.
Was renting 104/1 George Julius, Zetland for months then covid hit I asked for a slight reduction in rent not even $50 off to help us out they made every excuse under the sun to not help even going to the length of getting the owner to send me a sob story aswell.
Secondly our property manager would argue with me over the phone disgusting behaviour.
Thirdly when I decided to move out from affordability they took more than half my bond.
I provided receipts for them for cleaning and pest and they claim to have done a thorough investigation and found no trace elements of pest control fluid on the skirting.
NOW they are detectives all of a sudden.
I was paying 580 weekly then asked for 530 they refused and now after we left they rented it for 450 what a joke.

Stay away from this real estate they are greedy and will make your life hard after leaving so they can keep the bond. And apparently they tell the owner of the property that they have spent money on repairs when they never do.

LIARS ncit never heard my side of the story I couldn't answer the phone at the time. So obviously they went with a lying deceitful company like SALEASE.
