My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with James in relation to the purchase of a property in Merimbula. From the very first phone call in relation to an inspection of the property James was professional, polite and had fantastic communication. This continued throughout the whole process. We have bought and sold property before, but none under strata. James was very helpful in helping us understand strata and any additional information we required. Nothing was a hassle for him. We are about to go through the process of renting out our property through the Sails Team and I have full faith that experience will be a positive one also.
