I have been to a few counselling and therapy providers, but I've always felt misunderstood, dismissed, and anxious about being judged. I have never felt anything like that with Sage and I am very, very grateful. I really recommend Sage to anyone who wants to be embraced for who they are but doesn't trust many people to do so. I also find their approaches really interesting, I said at the start that I was sick to death of being told how to stop a panic attack, now I feel like I'm learning how to prevent them. I'm actually getting stronger! It's wonderful! I can't recommend Sage enough.
