5Very friendly and efficient service getting RAT tests for myself and daughter's trip to NZ back in April 2022. I forget the name of the man who 'tested' us, but he was really wonderful and put as at ease.

Really poor service for covid PCR.
Despite being told our result would be back in 8hr, it took more than 24hrs to get a result.
Many other places do it quicker, I'd go elsewhere in future

Made it to my appointment at Pymble location and met 2 lovely people Angel and Darrell. They answered all my questions as I was worried. They did not disappoint as their customer service was not only to help but they went beyond to help me and my family get home. Thank you to the lab staff for getting my results out to me on the same day.
Angel and Darrell did say they will personally take it to the lab.
