Thank you Safe Wills. I completed my will without any issues. The process was simple. Support available when needed. Added extras are available. The whole process from start to finish only took a few days and all completed online. I highly recommend this service! I am also able to easily update my will as required. The best part of it is I’m supporting The Red Cross.

Super easy, the process guides you through the steps and prompts for any relevant information. The document at the end has all the legal phrases. I was surprised how quickly the review by the Wills Lawyers came back. And I can submit any changes to be reviewed in the future - first year free, then optional with a $15 annual fee.

I've put off writing a will because of the travel and expense involved (my long term solicitor is interstate now). My experience with this organisation was inspired by a recommendation from another group that I am involved with and although I failed to take advantage of the free offer (duh!) I finally did what I should have done years ago. A simple, thought provoking experience that was so easy, much cheaper than I expected with follow up to ensure that I have covered all bases. Can't recommend highly enough.

Easy to use, although distributing estate needs to allow more flexibility. Maybe I can edit that later. Great to be able to easily make changes if required.

SafeWills will not let you edit or delete before you submit the Will so I didn’t go through with it and asked them to delete my Personal information which they said would happen after 6 weeks, I haven’t brought the Will, Why do they need to keep my personal information at all, I’ll be reporting to consumer affairs after the fiasco with Optus and Medicare companies still wanting to keep our info
