Great to receive such good service from Steve and Deanna. Submitted an online enquiry as I was a little time poor. I received a response and prices within a day, and also was able to book in via email. Nothing was too hard and prompt responses.

The seatbelt install was in my 1970 Valiant so wanted to ensure it was as safe and professional as possible.

2 belts, and 2 baby anchor points were installed. All work great and look fantastic.

Called your buisness to inquire about installation of dual controls was told they would look into it and get back to me. No did not happen I was the one to get back to you and was told no they can't do it waisted my whole day waiting for there call when could of be looking for a much more professional buisness. When asked why they did not get back to me sooner was told they were to busy. I started to explain that I also run a buisness and am quite busy but also return there calls she then hang up on me. Nice way to treat potential customers (very professional not) lucky your not in Newcastle you wouldn't last long

If I could give this company six stars I would. I went in there with my daughter and grandson to get a seat. They had great safe seats at very good prices. A very professional and fiendly installer put the seat in for me as I have twin cab and they can be a bit diffult. Dont waste your time at a baby shop. Just call in and see these people.

Outstanding customer service, called in the morning, was booked in for the same afternoon. Was told by Autobarn in Lakehaven that the base for our baby capsule did not have the tether strap, turns out they did not look very hard. Took it to Safe Travel, the installer found it and saved me $40 from buying a new one. Outstanding!

Can't stand the service in this place. Sometime, strong personanily is very good but too much.its could be problem.
I receive the voucher from council to have baby carseat fitting in here, and well, the lady seem very knowledge about everything. Bring the car home I find out the faster to put around the seat was in side out, it make me very difficult and anoying every time put my child in the carseat.
We bring back to this place and ask for them to look at it and to fix the inside out faster, the lady came out but she didn't even look at it and she said long as the seat don't move it should be fine and she refused to fix it. Well I thought we have free voucher from council so they don't want to wasting time. But it about child safety, and they are doing the job so unreponsible.

I received helpful advice from very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and swift professional service with competitive pricing and free installation. So much better than our previous experience of buying a car seat from a big baby shop. Don't bother with the huge American company, go to this excellent local outfit!
