Oh my god! What an amazing and thoroughly professional job! Fantastic. From the time of booking a date until the end, everything went perfect. Soni, Nick and Toni were absolutely fantastic. All items in the house were cleared. We moved from second floor of an apartment to a house. Also my upright piano was dealt with safety and care. Amazing job! Totally recommend them!

I definitely recommend SAFE Removalist for anyone moving. I moved interstate with SAFE Removalist and have stored my household items with them as well. Soni and Toni were my removalists and they were incredibly professional, fast (and strong!) and lovely to work with. Mark and Maria in the office have been fantastic too. I've been very impressed with their clear communication and how quickly they reply. They are very accommodating - I had half my items go to storage, and the rest delivered to another location. Organising that was easy and seamless.

We used services of Safe Removalists today. Nawras and Fadi did a professional job. They came in on time, took care of properly wrapping and loading the goods. Once unloaded they also placed our goods as we wanted in the right places with a lot of care. Thanks to the team we had an easy move.

These guys were awesome! The admin team were easy to coordinate with. We loved the plastic crate hire that came included in our package, much easier than boxes.
On the day, Nawras and Fadi were on time and communicated clearly what time they’d arrive. They were amazingly fast and got the job done much quicker than anticipated, but still treated our possessions with care and didn’t damage anything. They were also friendly.

Alex, Qaays, Sandy arrived on time, unloaded everything from the old house in quick time despite the difficulty and weight of some of my furniture. Loading up to the new house was made to look easier even with the narrow stairs. Well done guys as your superstars. Highly recommended.

Safe Removalist guys Nick and Alkash moved our belongings from Sydney to Banora Point, northern NSW yesterday. They arrived on time, wrapped our furniture with the greatest care and loaded everything into the truck in a very professional manner. The load arrived at the destination first thing this morning and was again offloaded very carefully and put into position in our new house. They helped us move recently they did a very good job of re-assembling some very complicated beds. On the day of shift they did some mistakes installing some cupboard doors and attaching the washing machines water pipes. But once we complained they were fairly prompt is coming over and rectifying it.

Five stars for Safe Removalist Australia - a professional and efficient removal service. My move took 2 days with 2 teams. Both Marvin's team and Nawras's team were excellent in communication, quick at moving the furniture and boxes, and arrived punctually on both occasions. My belongings arrived quickly and safely. The price was very reasonable too.

Nawras and his offsider were amazing help with my move! They did an extra stop and then carried my many book boxes up two flights of stairs. They had great communication, double-checking with me about what needed to be moved and where to put it at drop-off. Great service all-round!

We went with Safe Removalist because they were the cheapest in the market for an interstate move and they offered great presales service. We had a delivery date agreed.

A massive benefit of this company is the storage facility they offer. They also shrink wrap everything which is great.

First issue: On the day I was going to make the payment, they increased the price from $3000 to $5000. I had to negotiate it down to $4000.

Second issue: 3 days before pickup they email and tell us they will deliver the next morning which was not the agreed date and not possible for us. Wrapping up a move, end of tenancy cleaning and interstate travel by road is time consuming. We had to cancel (which they did and they promptly gave us the refund) and find someone else very quick.

I would definitely give them another opportunity but be very firm with the delivery date and no 'within x days'.

Their truck (rego XO46KG) was parked illegally and dangerously in Upper Kedron Brisbane this afternoon, resulting in residents unable to exit or enter their street for 20+ minutes, as well as blocking a bicycle path on a blind corner. This could have been prevented had the driver of the vehicle simply reversed straight and not on an angle.
Not one of the removalists apologised to the residents stuck in their cars, or even had the courtesy to come over and let us know how long they would be. Not even a sorry or thanks as they (eventually) drove off. As an emergency service worker, this illegal parking, blocking the only entrance and exit to the street and blocking a bicycle path, could have been the difference between life and death - had there been an emergency which required the attendance of emergency vehicles. Photo’s have now been passed onto the council for appropriate infringements.

Nawras & Fadi were on time and awesome to deal with. Furniture all moved in tact and quickly!
