The team at Sacred Ride saved a ride from Melbourne to Canberra. Squeezed my in late one afternoon to replace a wheel that let me roll out the next morning - great service with a smile.

I broke a bottle of cleaning product when I left the shop and they replaced it for me no charge. Plus did a great job on my bike.

The after purchase service has been consistently excellent. I live in Sydney and bought my bike from here while on holiday. When I had issues back in Sydney, Tim was able to diagnose the repair requirements using photos, help with the part and lend his expertise. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service. Got hire bikes/helmet/bike rack quickly sorted and gave us lots of local recommendations. We went to the shop a couple of times and each time all of the staff were very friendly which you don’t really get these days.

Emergency fix for kids bike - new chain with derailleur alignment corrected and saved. Friendly staff.

Very prompt customer service. Staff great product knowledge and had exactly what I needed and super easy to deal with.

The Threbo Hire bikes had extremely worn out brake pads there was little to none padding left.
Overall the bikes were in bad condition and service wasn't great wouldn't recommend.

Big shout out to Steve from Sacred Ride in Jindabyne! He got out of his way to find a replacement part (derailleur hanger) and performed on-the-spot repair (with some additional TLC) for my kid's bike so we could continue our mountain biking holiday in Thredbo. Steve takes it upon himself to get people back on their bikes as soon as possible, which is highly appreciated. I'll be back at Sacred Ride any time when the need arises!

Great product range and great clothing range.

Brilliant service and communication by the Team at Sacred Ride. My sons mountain bike was in pretty bad shape when I wheeled it in. Steve rang me to explain & confirm status of what repairs were needed & replaced/fixed everything required to get my sons bike back on the trails again. Son had a grin on him like a set rabbit trap saying “ it’s like a new bike again”.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the quality of work and fast turnaround. Thanks again Team.

Friendly staff and nice choice of quality products. Smashed my wheel at Thredbo and rushed here to get a replacement. They have Sacred Ride branded mud guards which are nice looking and have local snowy mountains writings. Nice to support this local bike shop by stopping by and doing some custom here. Also they have free stickers, overall I'd highly recommend visiting this shop when riding local trails or going to Thredbo.

I think this is the only and main place to hire a bike in Jindabyne. Firstly bike wasn't my size, tires could had done with some air, chain was dry and could had some lube on it. You cannot neglect the hire bikes, I know most places do, but doesn't take much effort to pressure tires and put some lube on. Personally I would say more needed like a wipe down not just to make the bike more presentable but also higene. Good value overall, better than carting your own bike all the way there. But please take some pride in what you hire out.

Door was open after the closing hours. Unfortunately I didn't realise the opening hours at that stage. Unfortunately that messaging was then delivered as passive aggressive we are shut response.

Super cool guys.
We went as a group of 23, they arranged everything, give tips on sailing (us being first timers) few of us got stuck as winds suddenly picked up, they helped us get back.
I can't thank them enough for the safe and enjoyable experience.
If you are driving through Jindabyne, spend an hour or so sailing, it's a nice experience.

Great shop, pretty well stocked, HEAPS of bikes for hire. We brought a bike with a flat, turns out it also had some damages the guys were really helpful in showing us the problems, and doing a rush fix. Super friendly, excellent prices, highly recommend!
