I have engaged Ibrahim based on his reviews to work on a renovation for our home. So professional, and great customer service. He provided a detailed quote and set clear expectations about timelines for the project. He has also helped to manage my expectations based on my budget and has quoted the work in a way that allows me to upgrade finishes and add “nice to have” items along the way. For example, for my project to stay in budget, I can spend $30/sqm on tiles. When it comes to choosing tiles, this helps me manage expectations and I can choose to upgrade if nothing unexpected comes up.

He answered all my questions and has quoted to give me this flexibility as the build commences. Really happy I chose to work with Ibby. The other builders I’ve spoken with seemed to get frustrated with my questions and requests, but Ibby has really worked with me to help me get as much value for money on this renovation!
