I had Japanese straightening/chemical straightening done yesterday and I absolutely love the result. It's the second time I have had it done by these guys. The team are amazing and lovely and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you leave happy with both your hair and your experience in general. Helene who is the owner and manager is so passionate about the work she does and about getting the best results for her clients. She is also kind and warm and very talented. Completely transformed my curly hair. It was dry, split and undefined before coming here. Staff is so friendly and gave me hair treatments specifically recommended for my hair type, which made it feel so soft. I got my hair cut and styled and diffused with curl products by Helene and she understood perfectly the style I was going for. Even days after the styling the curls have maintained their shape which has always been an issue for me previously. I’ve never had a better experience when dealing with my natural hair!

Absolutely amazing! I got my curly hair cut here last week, I have really thick and Frizzy curly hair and now its soft and silky my hair looks a lot healthier.

I have been seeing Helene for years for permanent hair straightening. She is always very careful and attentive. I will not trust any one else with my hair. She is very good at what she does. We recently started trying out the new organic hair straightening treatment on my hair and the results are fantastic. It costs more dearly than the other treatment but the results are worth it. Little to no damage on hair. It actually left my hair very silky and smooth. Very grateful to Helene and her team.

Where do i begin with Helene? She has a natural born talent for cutting hair. If you have curly/wavy hair i cannot recommend her enough. For years and years i went to random hair stylists for my haircuts and I was always told my hair was hard to cut and style because of its frizz / curls / volume. Helene took one look at my hair and said i got you! I showered her a few photos of what i wanted, said i wanted to look like a “beach goddess”, and she nailed it. It wasn’t hard for her to cut it at all, she cut it all so fast i didn’t even know what was going on. Before i knew it my hair had SHAPE for the first time EVER, the curls moved with each other and worked in my favor to create depth and movement. I was so floored i told her i was going to be a customer forever, you’re never getting rid of me!

The craziest part of this haircut is that the next day, i showered and fell asleep with wet hair (which normally causes disaster in the morning) and to my surprise, i woke up with BEACHY WAVES AGAIN. It’s honestly insane, these past few days i have put my hair through the ringer, i’ve gone to the gym, i slept with it in a pony tail, i even flew to Melbourne and after everything, all i do is shake it out and give it a bit of water and scrunch and the pieces effortlessly fall into place. It’s genuinely magic, even my boyfriend is so confused!

I got the best haircut of my whole life (so far) here! I would highly recommend this place for a great haircut, and blow dry if you are looking for a good hairdresser in Parramatta. And they were so patient and kind to me - they even took me in on short notice. Fantastic service and looking forward to my next haircut!

Had an amazing experience at the Hair Room. Helene and her team is outstanding. My hair looks beautiful. The lovely lady who washed and blow dried my hair was warm and friendly. She did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place.

I went here to have my hair done before a Christmas party. The staff were all do professional and nice. Helene helped me so much when I had a cosultation and gave me advice on what would be best for me.
My hair hasn't looked this good or felt this great in years and I need to thank Helene and the team for making me look and feel amazing!

I'd give zero stars but cant. Such an unprofessional business, the woman who answerd the phone was so rude, she turned me off booking completely, cut me off three times & wouldnt let me finish, contradicted herself, tried to insult me then back pedal. Honestly dont pay this business any money, go to someone kind who deserves it. Honestly rudest experience ever.

Heléne was INCREDIBLE! She was so lovely and did a brilliant job with my hair. I tend to avoid haircuts out of fear with my curly hair, but I felt so comfortable and heard throughout the entire appointment - she listened to all my concerns and gave me a haircut I truly love! Sensational service. Helene and her team really cared for my hair, were so friendly, and we’re attentive to their customers needs, going above and beyond. The Saba Hair team also pride themselves on having the best amd most up to date hair products and services. I can recommend their Keratin nano technology hair straightening. My hair is now straight and even has a bit of bounce and volume! Would come again!

I came here because there were so many reviews on Japanese Straightening by Saba clients.
I decided to give my hair a break from bleaching. I have had balayage bleaching done to my hair and my hair was in desperate need for something as I have been struggling recently to manage my hair.
I was advised to go for the keratin treatment instead of the Japanese straightening due to my hair being bleached - which I totally understand.
I am very happy with the service I received.
All the staff are very sweet and welcoming.
My hair is so nice and feels so healthy from the keratin treatment. The keratin treatment is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this salon.
