I would like to say a big thank you to Benson from SAAP AUTO for making my Mercedes GL350 purchasing process very easy and smooth. Ben was amazing throughout the sale and always made sure that I'm well informed of the process. They welcome any inspection prior to buying their vehicles so I sent a mobile mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Surely enough the inspection guy missed a couple of minor things. Its hard to find a honest dealer these days but Ben told me that car key battery was dead and one of the tyre needs to do some rotation. They even rechecked the suspension of the vehicle at their in-house servicing center. It is a one stop shop. They also loaned me a beautiful Audi A3 for a day while the car was in service. What an amazing service from the SAAP auto. Also a shout out to Jordan from the service for making sure the car is in the perfect condition. I highly recommended this auto dealer as they take their customer service seriously and they made sure that I was happy with their service.

This was our first experience purchasing a motor vehicle interstate and the friendly, professional and helpful staff at Saap Auto made it so easy. Nothing was a problem for them. Bought a mc gt, had it for half a year now. The car comes with the engine hood & front headlights very slightly misaligned. Have the car checked by maserati and 2 independent mechanics, No problem found. The car is actually in very good shape considering the age of the car.

I went to the service store or for pinks slip. Nice and professional people. They did the job swiftly and also fixed a missing nut without charge.

Typical car salesman. After selling car don't want to know the defects in car. I purchased car but soon realised it was lemon and all the shine was artificial. They have all doggy service team downstairs at the back. Never buy again from this dealer

Recently just purchased an older Mercedes S430 and did this over the phone having never seen the vehicle. Simon is one of the most professional sales people I have dealt with. Nothing was to much trouble and he kept updating me the whole way through the process including extra photos and answering my questions after hours in his own time! Simon is a huge asset to the company and I highly recommend purchasing even if you are in a different state you can be confident in your purchase.

Christian and the team are the best, I was not sure buying a CLS 63 AMG sight unseen however Christian had multiple minor issues with the car before I picked it up and their mechanic is top class.
