56Super convenient location from Sydney International Airport! I was even able to bring a luggage cart to my room so that I could use it the next day! Breakfast was so-so, but the service was great overall!
So convenient to be able to walk across the street to the airport. Try the fisherman's basket, it delicious.
Overpriced concrete dump. Heaven help travellers as service has left the building. I'm ashamed to be Australian.
This will be my last time staying at Rydges. We normally stay here all the time before our international flights and have no issues. However this time was much different and certainly turned me off spending money at this hotel. Firstly the attitude of the service staff was disgusting, no smiles, disgusting attitude, quite rude, and felt like it was an effort to be served. Secondly, we paid for an airport room view, only to the put on the first floor when we got to our room the window was covered in a black netting, and couldn’t see the airport at all. Not what I paid for. After going down to complain about it because we paid a lot of money for this room. Didn’t pay to look at a black net. We got moved up. But they shouldn’t be charging the same price for that room! On check out the next day we had asked if we could have the same room when we were to return to Sydney. We were told absolutely no worries. Showed us the room number on our booking and confirmed it with 2 seperate people. Upon arriving back in Sydney on Friday night we went to check in to be told we were on level 1 and when questioned about why becuase AGAIN.that’s not what we paid for the attitude began and we’re offered another room again a room with black netting right across the window and being charged the same price as the airport view rooms or a king room with a sofa bed. We had to opt to the king room and unfortunately had no choice but to take that one to get our moneys worth. And I ended up having to share a bed with my mum after specifically booking a double twin room. I’m disgusted at the service we received. I’ve never encountered so many stuff ups in all my life.
Very pleasant stay. It is in a great location and is easy to get to from the international terminal. The service was great. The staff are friendly. Rooms are very nice and relaxing at night time
If you come off a International or connecting to one, you cannot beat this hotel for location. We have stayed a few times, excellent rooms, well maintained, always friendly staff and even with a airport virtually next door, it doesn't disturb your sleep.
Rooms are not clean, the room is very dusty, the floor was full of hair and the food quality is poor, the breakfast pastry was cold and just thrown into the big bag, on top of the other articles, without an individual wrap or cover. Not suitable for a Covid-19 quarantine hotel.
Suggest to clean the sheets more. Facility is good, but loud noise (kind of air condition machine?) comes from 9th floor (my room is at 8th)
I love staying here the night before a early flight ️ out. Love the bar area. Rooms are nice, the block out curtains fantastic, nice quiet rooms. Friendly staff too. Love I just walk across the road and I'm at the airport literally. Highly recommend! L
Good, well prepared espeslcially while pandemy. Got best view direct to aircraft bay. Delicious room service with halal food
Worst experience as u can see in the photos and they kept me locked in the room because it’s quarantine hotel and they cannot change the room.
No service recovery.

I was disappointed that no water was provided in the room as the rest of the airport hotel plus we were supposed to put all the rubbish and garbage in a bag provided in the room (clean the room!)
Convenient for early departures or late arrivals. Clean rooms. A nice rooftop cocktail lounge. A quality restaurant to please all tastes.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfy. I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The staff are really helpful especially reception, who helped alot. Thank-you
The room have plenty of space so I can just move around or lie on the floor and focus on my drawings which is lit. Additionally, big windows so in the morning I could just open my curtains and look outside take a deep breath and do a few stretches. The staffs are nice and willing to assist you, since back in 25th January I booked a room but my tiring brain decided to book for February, therefore, the staff assist me by helping me ro refund and give me a discount to book a room for 2 nights. The food is good but some are kinda expensive and not that much.
Nice room, housekeeping was great nice people but room service food was so cold said it would take 25 mins but took at least an hour must have forgotten about us.
So disappointed. Our flight got cancelled at the last minute so I rang the motel to inform them and to ask if our room which I had prepaid for could be transferred to the following night. I was told that should be fine but they were going to phone me back as they had to sort it out. No call back.so I rang the following morning to confirm and was told I was classed as a no show so I would need to pay for another room. I'm so unhappy. I will not be staying here again.
You Don't get any closer to international terminal than this with great restaurants & bar

Ridges Sydney Airport never disappoints. Location is so handy after a long international flight. Easy quick check-in, good bar and restaurant, soft bed and pillows, clean comfortable rooms, domestic airport shuttle at the door. Thank you from 2 tired travellers.
Paid for a late check out only to be woken by house keeping asking when I will be leaving. I have a late night ahead of me some sleep would have been nice. (edit. ANOTHER knock at the door. I have cancelled my next stay and will not be back)
