I ordered my Toyota camry hybrid with Ryde Toyota about 18 months ago. Over this long wait, several times had decided to cancel the order and move to another brand, but luckily I did not. Finally they delivered my beautiful camry hybrid sx. Overall I had very positive experience with staff in Ryde Toyota. They are very friendly and helpful especially Ben in finance who made every step look so easy. I highly recommend them to anyone who are looking to buy a car. Ryde Toyota is the dealer to deal with. Great guys and outstanding service. Purchased Toyota Rav4 in Jan. Prompt communications and Ben Ke organised financing easily. Needed another car in June, called Ben to check the availability, He spoke to the sales team and organised it immediately and organised financing as well. Great service Ben! After sale service is also top notch.

I would be careful in servicing your car here. I live in the area and there is one mechanic that always screams at people as they go by. Big boof head and acts tough but has a mental and anti social problem. Yes, customers can hear him and goes away if you care or not management. I’ve also seen them thrash new and used and possibly customers cars as they drive out. Seen them get booked by police for speeding and thrashing cars too. Happy to send videos of them thrashing cars and speeding here in the neighbourhood streets.

The mechanic that always screams at residents walking by thanks for inspiring the neighbourhood to make a review here. Looks like even talking to management and the Toyota head office mechanics are still allowed to act this way. I can’t imagine what they do to customers cars when no one is managing them, as it clear management doesn’t care.

Very expensive than other service centers. Imagine 420 bucks only for servicing, and they tell you only at the time of pay. Also, I had booked for wheel alignment, but they forgot. My 1st and last on service Ryde Toyota. I won't recommend this service center.

Avoid like the plague. Contacted prior and advised a corolla hybrid was due to be delivered in a few weeks and was purchasable. A few days after paying the deposit, I was informed that the car was not for sale as it was a customer order from months ago. Cause of the mistake: the inventory manager forgot to assign the car THAT WAS IN TRANSIT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. I was told "people make mistakes" and yet nobody wanted to acknowledge that it was an avoidable mistake, but was offered a pathetic $500 discount for the incompetence. I challenged it and asked for a call back from the head of the dealership, who never bothered calling.

An Elderly person working at Toyota Part todayin front desk, very unprofessional and rude manner, other gentleman and lady are always nice towards customer.

The service department rip you off and don't repair properly to get more money out of you down the track. I would stay away. I have had constant problems with my car since the service. And they say in their reply that they will contact you back but they do not even intend to. Just for show. Stay away from this place. Dishonest.

It is open on Saturday for service, which is very convenient for me that I can not take a day off from work on the week days. Great service, friendly staff and comfortable waiting room while the car get serviced.
